I am able to easily copy/paste campaigns, review link clicks, and get replies from customers. I especially like the customer service- they are very available during work hours and respond quickly. Cons The integration with Hubspot is imperfect, so we have to manually upload any new customers outside of Slicktext. Each time they are quick, informative and friendly. Pros Easy to use, simple to navigate, and their customer service is top notch. Cons Notification alerts are almost non-existent which isn't ideal. It makes it easy to send promotions out to our SMS subscribers in tandem with our email marketing. Because of that we have seen an increase in response rate. Also their customer services is really the best. I was actually going to use another company, but I every time I called no one would answer the phone. I called SlickText, they answered, and I am so glad they did. Cons I feel like it's a little pricy but I also understand why they charge what they do and they are comparable to the other options I looked into. I just feel SMS marketing in general is pricy. It was easy to click to chat button and connect almost instantly with a very friendly and knowledgeable human! That's an extremely rare thing to find these days. Pros I find it to be very user friendly. From uploading a contact list to creating a message to attaching pictures to sending a test message to sending the final draft to your subscribers, could not be easier! Cons To this point, I honestly haven't encountered anything that I would change. At first I wished you could attach more than one picture but I just made a collage and I think it actually looks better that way. Contacted customer service several times and they were very quick and helpful. I believe this text platform is better than other competitions. Pros Super easy to use, reasonable pricing for Small businesses, great & quick customer service, and awesome features like bday list as well as automatic conditions that allow you to customize lists. Cons I think the price goes up very quickly if your list is growing. I think the monthly prices are OK but I wish the platform allowed a little more texts to be sent per cycle. They didn't give me any issues and were very eager to help my situation. Pros SlickText was super easy to get started, the platform is very straight forward and easy to use. The support team had me up and running in 1 day. I also like the analytics so I can see how my campaigns performed, specifically being able to see how many link clicks I've had. Cons More analytics would be a nice feature to have, I would like to see how many texts were delivered to my contacts.
