It's relatively inexpensive and easy to use and any time I have noticed any bugs or issues, they address my concerns immediately! I highly recommend them! Pros The simplicity is my favorite thing about this software! It really is easy to use and now that they offer an app, it's even more easy and convenient. Cons I wish I could send emojis in messages. I also wish that when sending pictures or gifs, it would automatically resize them to an appropriate size to send out...now I have to go out and do it on my own which can be difficult. This is the first time of me using any of this kind of service and it took me less than 15 minutes to understand all the different features. It also has videos on each function if someone wants to get an idea. The trial with free messages also helped us evaluate the software. Cons To the extent that we use the software, we are yet to find any specific features or lack of feature in that sense. I have done the online chat and that is easy as well. Pros It is easy to use on a desktop interface which is important because sometimes you have to send a message quickly. Pros The open rates of text message marketing make it a no-brainer for me. Additionally, I've got to say that it's really fantastic to be at a speaking engagement and have the room text a word into their phones all at once. It's as close to automated as you can get while you're standing right there in the room. I love it! And the attendees love it because they get whatever they're texting to receive right away. We live in a "right now" world and to deliver in that way is impressive to the attendees. They love it! Cons Slick Text has been a wonderful provider for my company. Pros so far, it has attracted me due to its ease of use and the fact that once you send an sms it is not linked to your personal cell phone and you don't have to individually hit send every contact within the app, like other apps. I am a very very small business owner- musican with many followers. A large company mass texting application/co is not necessary and I can't afford to opperate with just sms. I just need to connect to followers other than social media. People want texts, not emails and not follow feeds on Instagram. Cons I need to do quite a few videos to understand the flow of sms responding and making the flows work. But, that will be great once I understand fully.
