Pros Most importantly I love how user friendly it is, I had tried two separate site prior and had horrible experiences. This is beginning friendly, priced reasonably and the customer service is amazing! I had someone on the team reach out via phone & email to check on how my free trial was going and offer a deal to sign up (which I was already planning to do because I loved the site so much)! It has became a critical part of my brand & is an amazing way to interact with my followers daily! Cons Nothing to be honest, I was able to figure everything out super fast & have had no issues at all. The delivered rate is better and when carriers block numbers, the customer support is there to help. Cons The functionality of incoming messages isnt the best. Could be a little more organized. He only had phone numbers, no email. SlickText was a quick and simple solution to get his message out. Pros I love the intuitive ease of the platform. It is very simple and easy to navigate through. As someone who just started using SMS Marketing, I was able to jump right into the platform and deploy a text right away. Cons Perhaps more customizations of uploaded lists. I really need to be able to tag (or remove) those who tell me STOP or OPT OUT. My client gets his list from a national commission so I am sure we will have repeat names/numbers on a list and I would hate to spam them because I removed them from one list but they showed up on another. It is just right for what we are using it for which is standard text reminders. I'd recommend to fellow businesses. Pros The feature that impacts our business the most is the multiple groups you are able to send messages to. The fact that unused messages roll over is very important for us. Also, the fact that is so easy to use anyone can learn this system fairly easily and that helps our processes. Cons I believe that the contacts portion of SlickText can be more robust. It is pretty standard which makes it user friendly, but it would be nice to be able to put a contact in more than 1 group without having to manually add all their information to another group. On the off chance that you can't immediately figure out a feature on your own, there are video tutorials for almost everything. On top of that, they also have a great customer service team. Within the dashboard is a live chat box where you can be connected with a real human within a couple of minutes. Every person I've interacted with has been super helpful. Pros SlickText is very easy to pick up. There are plenty of useful features, and none of them are difficult to figure out. Cons The analytics could be a little more detailed, but you get the basic info that you need. I love the mobile app. Pros The thing I like the most about this software is being able to easily schedule messages to send. I like that I can also include a link to book open time slots for sessions I have available that month. I also enjoy the app! It makes running a business on the go. But, I also needed a degree of conditional logic and interactivity, and slicktext was able to meet that. Pros Was able to create a fairly in-depth automated texting experience for my customers. Loved their customer service that helped me every step of the way from onboarding to troubleshooting. Cons At times, this did not have the degree of flexibility that I wished. Had to occasionally find creative workarounds when designing a workflow that added complexity. But, still more than met my needs.
