August 29, 2023 5.0 Overall the experience we have had with Slick Text has been phenomenal! The customer service is top notch and the sales reps truly care about finding the best fit for your organization! It feels like you are truly part of the slick text team and not just a stream of income! Pros Slick text is user-friendly and easy for everyone to learn! It is also quick to implement and set up! You can start texting your audience on the day you sign up! Cons I don't think there is anything I dislike about slick text. It would be amazing if the roll over texts didn't expire but usually that is not an issue as we seem to always use up our texts on time! Reason for choosing SlickText Slick Text's pricing was very transparent without any potential hidden fees and was friendly to our different amount of text needs through out the year. Customer service has helped us quickly due to one glitch and ever since then, slick text has only made our clinic's communication a lot better. Pros Slick text helps our clinic communicate to our patients their next follow up appointments and give us a place where we can also text the patient, 1x1. Cons The only thing that could use some are of opportunities is being able to re-send a text to just one person at just 1 click of a button instead of a whole group. Review Source TL Tito L. October 26, 2022 5.0 My overall experience with SlickText has been GREAT!!! 1-10, I'd definitely give it a 10. The product is great and the customer service is top teir!! Pros What I LOVE most about SlickText is the ability to schedule the texts to go out when I want them to. This gives me the leverage that I need to reach people at prime times as opposed to being stuck to having to send the message 'right then'. Cons The only thing that I like least about this software is the fact that sending a picture takes up double the amount of texts. I really dont understand why this is, but I just roll with it and manage my texts accordingly. I DO however, love the rollover feature where unused texts carry over to the next month. That helps. Pros Our initial buy-in for SlickText was the ability to reach the pocket of all employees, quickly and in a manner that fits their lifestyle. The program offers a variety of options for surveys, message delivery, etc and we use those features regularly. Cons We are patiently waiting for some of their marketing campaigns to open up to better fit the use we intend for them. For example, we'd love to use SlickText for employees to notify us of equipment drop off and then that information be fed to employees inside of the company that are not a user/manager inside of the textword. I don't want them to have to rely on logging in to retrieve the information. " May 13, 2023 5.0 Communication is very important, we have a team of over 200 independent contractors. It became impossible for me to effectively and efficiently market our team events, encourage our team, and communicate important messages to every member on a timely and personalized way. Most times, only 25% of my team received a message. Now with SlickText the problem as been totally solved. I am saving so much time and everyone receives the important communications in a personalized way. Pros The product is a life safer! Before SlickText I was sending an individual text to each member on my team. We have over 200 members, so this became impossible and very inefficient. SlickText empowered me to send a personalized message with the stroke of a finger. It was very easy to set up and very affordable. I love the flexibility from month to month to upsize or downsize my usage as needed. Cons The integration was easy, the Youtubes were very helpful. There are many features that I am not using yet, but my main goal was to send a message one time and my entire team receives it. I got more than what I expected with the scheduling feature and with the personalized messages as well as the images Reason for choosing SlickText I chose SlickText because I was extremely impressed on how my Church communicated weekly with our entire congregation of over 3,000 members. Pros Having the option to send photos and videos is key to what we do. Unused roll over texts units answer the question, "what if we don't use all the data"? After using the Slick Text product for several months now, it has become clear that their Tech Support Personnel is the selling component of the the company! Nobody wants to buy a product and not get great after care while trying to learn it. This support team has it together! Cons There have been a few items that I have asked tech support to do and learned it can't be accomplished. More of a software issue than anything else however, they were able to figure out how to fix it by going above it differently. Reason for choosing SlickText Slick Text Tech support was by far more helpful during my research and they have not changed after I signed up for the new service. You see a higher CTR than email by a lot. The customer service chat on the site is also great and I've had a good experience with that. Pros I like how easy it is to schedule text messages and all the tutorials that come with every part of the site. Cons I think the cost could be improved and it would be nice not to get charged extra for media. Considering the cost, I think they do their best to offer a great product with flexible options. Just fix the overcharging for the use of Spanish instead of English. This is a matter of equity. Pros Our participants generally don't have computers. They do everything online using their phones. This tool is the best way for us to communicate with our clients easily. Cons Many of our clients are monolingual Spanish speakers. We are charged extra for the use of Spanish characters in our texts. This makes communication with more than half of our participants very expensive. This needs to be fixed. My favorite thing is that text messages rollover to the next month. Customer service has been superb so far as well. They are always available and quickly answer my questions. Cons I cannot merge select contacts from one textword to another. I don't receive a confirmation once a scheduled campaign has been deployed. Cons The texts you earn why on more expensive plans got deleted when you downgrade the plan which we think is not fair.
