I am able to message my customers with great sales and discounts, new products, great markdowns, and everything else.

Pros

Love the value for the money, variety of plans, ease of use, easy messaging, never any technical difficulties, and great security.

Cons

I don’t know of anything I do not like in slicktext. I have been using it for over four years and love it.

We are very happy that we found SlickText! We researched several vendors and SlickText was without a doubt the best.

Pros

Ease of use, easily accessible customer service, ability to instantly send messages, and ability to have a text conversation without it taking from our balance.

Cons

Unable to select employees one by one to text them a one-off group message. You have to create a text word or subgroup.

SlickText has been a valuable resource in connecting with our Radio station listeners, with them sending news tips and inquiries. I really like it.

Pros

We run a couple of Radio Stations and SlickText is an important facet in keeping in touch with listeners and advertising clients. Two thumbs up!

Cons

So far, nothing comes to mind. I can't just make up any negatives to fill out the 100 word minimum on this review.

Overall, I have had a great experience using Slick Text as an admin, and I would recommend it to others.

Pros

I liked the ease of use the most. The layout of the website was very easy to navigate and I was able to learn very quickly how to use it.

Cons

The only thing that I dislike is the limited characters. I just wish you were able to add a little more.

Our customers respond to our SlickText's when we send them out. We get responses right back. We would LOVE to see video included in a SlickText in the future if possible.

Pros

It's easy to use, even for a hired VA. We've been able to easily navigate the platform ourselves. We like that we can change our plan monthly based on our needs to send out a few more many texts a month.

Cons

That it uses so many points to insert an image, when we all know it's about image and video these days.

Pros

Easy chat online has ALWAYS been consistent, helpful, and quick.

Nothing really. I haven't had any complaints so far!

Pros

The lady who helped when I called was warm/ friendly, knowledgeable, & patient. The service is just what I needed—text announcements for fans without having to gather emails also.

Cons

It’s more than twice the cost of email marketing services.

Positive. The functionality of the product is great and very easy to use.

Pros

The product is fantastic and the customer service is very responsive

Cons

There is a function that we would find super useful, but it is still in development (the ability to send a MMS to all of our text words at one time versus having to go through every single text word to send the message

We only send out a quarterly message and Slick Text still treats us like their most valuable customer! We are a non-profit that provides free mammograms to low-income women and the representative actually gave me advice on how to save money!!!

The terms area little confusing until you get accustomed to them.

Love the dashboard. Very easy to navigate and understand.

My need is annually for an event. After that, I don't need. It sucks bit that I can't pause the account in some form or fashion to retain the contacts.

Pros

The customer service is top notch. They are highly reliable and can adjust their pricing based on your needs. Platform is very easy to navigate and analytics are solid.

Cons

When you clone campaigns, the analytics seem to have a glitch in there.
