I just switched from one of SlickText competitors because I could save a couple bucks. I had no idea that the difference in features, ease of use, and customer care would be so much better it's not even a comparison.

Ability to reach all of our employees with mass text in the event of storms, lost child, or other emergency situations.

Pros

Ease of use and a very user friendly dashboard for administrators. Ability to reach many of our employees with one text.

Cons

Inability to identify user. We use this for employees and when they are terminated we don't have the ability to identify who they are to remove them from the text list.

There are a lot of ways to customize and make look just like your website, newsletter and other outward communications. Very impressed!

Cons

I wish there was an ability to add more custom fields as I have several groups that I'm looking for more data as they register for my events.

Pros

As a part time realtor this makes communicating with current clients a breeze. Furthermore, it’s an unbeatable way to generate leads. It’s easy to use and clients are impressed.

Cons

The pricing can feel steep. Of course the business you can generate far outweighs the price of a cycle of texts.
