Its marketing automation expands your businesses reach immensely. It's pricing is based on volume and use which is a great feature. Slick Text is a great tool to use as well as reach and grow an audience. Pros The ease of use. It is very user-friendly. The fact that you can roll-over your unused credits and wait to send out a bigger campaign to maximize the effect is amazing. Cons That they are not open on the weekends. Sometimes I have to run campaigns on the weekends and I have to wait to ask a quick question if I do get stuck. Using text as a medium allows us to reach our employees throughout the USA in real-time. Pros SlickText is very easy to learn and has excellent documentation. Their dashboard makes complex tasks easy. Our primary use case is to communicate to our employees and we love the ability to run "Employee Appreciation Contests" via text. Both their human and virtual support is great and easily accessible. I appreciate the videos that are embedded in the exact functionality for a quick view. Pros I like how user-friendly the tool is. It is easy to import contacts when needed and reach our constituents. Cons I dislike that we must create or import new contact(s) when adding another textword. Ideally, we should not have duplicates, and the contact could be added to any textword. The customer service is top notch and the sales reps truly care about finding the best fit for your organization! It feels like you are truly part of the slick text team and not just a stream of income! Pros Slick text is user-friendly and easy for everyone to learn! It is also quick to implement and set up! You can start texting your audience on the day you sign up! Cons I don't think there is anything I dislike about slick text. It would be amazing if the roll over texts didn't expire but usually that is not an issue as we seem to always use up our texts on time! Reason for choosing SlickText Slick Text's pricing was very transparent without any potential hidden fees and was friendly to our different amount of text needs through out the year. You see a higher CTR than email by a lot. The customer service chat on the site is also great and I've had a good experience with that. Cons I think the cost could be improved and it would be nice not to get charged extra for media. Considering the cost, I think they do their best to offer a great product with flexible options.
