Pros Managing multi channel marketing and push notifications has been instrumental in our organization. Implementation has been smooth and administrating has been quite easy with great UI. Creating and dry running campaigns have been quite useful and integration with third party apps have resulted in higher ROI. Cons Pricing is bit on the higher side so for smaller firms it will be difficult to get good returns on there investments. There is some room for improvement on training materials. Pros Bottom line - allows agility, can do A LOT simply and quickly. Segmented, personalized, multi channel marketing campaigns that would otherwise take weeks with server resources and different channel platforms, can take minutes/hours to make in Braze, done independently by a marketeer/product manager, with relatively useful analytics. At my company, we use it for user engagement through email, push notifications, in-app modals, etc. Braze has all the tools and settings needed to customize our messaging and manage our user lifecycle. Once we provided our custom events to Braze, we got even more flexible with our notifications and emails. The product provides tools for setting up canvases for different funnels, run reports, import user lists, tag and sort the campaigns and segments, and so much more. The interface and tools are quite intuitive, and even if you feel a bit confused, detailed documentation is there to help you out. Customer support is also very responsive and ready to set up calls to walk you through the functionality that interests you. Cons I haven't had any issues with Braze so far. This software is highly functional, and provides with a variety of tools to build your consumer messaging strategy. It allows to target specific user groups, build one-time campaigns or ongoing canvases. I especially liked the built-in dashboards that allow to monitor the user conversions, analyze the campaign data and find out the winners for each campaign. It also has a pretty comprehensive documentation and short courses and video materials that you can use to get a better understanding of its possibilities. Cons I think everything is great and it served all the major needs of the marketing team that I worked with. One thing I would probably point out is that it is not a super-intuitive tool and if you are using this type of product for the first time you would probably need to take a look at the guides and documentation. Cons Integration is a pain. It took 4 months for us to integrate, QA, and release. Even after the release, minor bugs popped up that we had to address for extra weeks.
