The idea is in principle good but I dread every time I have to use the program. Pros Provides a system for keeping track of guidelines Cons I waste a lot of time every time I have to use the program. Not the best though as I have tried many over the course of my career. Cons Training, Supplier, People modules still lacks some general features. Pros The features and functionality of the software are more than our lab would likely use, but it's nice that they are available. Cons We have issues with viewing completed tests within the system. We use Document Manager, Risk Manager and Audit Manager and the controls in place for each application have been hugely beneficial in helping us achieve our ISO standards. Fast, User-friendly and never any problems with freeze up or getting kicked off. Pros The program is very straight forward with minimal instructions you are easily moving thru the program Cons Having to use it :) It means somebody at my company has made a mistake that needs recorded, Thankfully we have this program to help us! The trainers and customer service reps are what set it apart from similar businesses. The software could be very daunting to someone without a background in IT but our trainer gave us all of the tools we needed to build our quality management system to fit our needs.Other systems can often make it difficult or impossible to customize the system on your own but after our extensive training we found that we can build the system to our exact specifications without the need to have Qualtrax IT take over. Pros The best part about choosing this software as a startup lab is that the framework is in place on day 1. The feature that helped us most is the built-in workflows that fulfill our requirements for accreditation. Cons One feature that would be on my wish list would be to allow for my current LIMS system to work with Qualtrax. Review Source JM Janice M. Used the software for: ### "Scotland Distillation & Maturation" February 23, 2017 4.0 I've been an EQMS Co-ordinator using Document Manager since roll out more than 10 years ago and I like the system a lot. It has grown considerably since then. I look after 13 sites with nearly 12,000 documents so I'm kept very busy with Document Reviews, Change Requests and New Document Uploads. It is a very User-Friendly System for the User. I do feel that it can be quite time consuming behind the scenes but this makes for a very compliant system which, when areas are being audited, is a great help. Cons Very hard to upload more than 500 documents and build the document training tests (1:1 ratio so for every document you want to capture on a test you build an entire test). I have worked closely with the team at EQMS and they know me and I know them. They do customer service naturally and know their product, and are eager to develop it too. I've found representative very able for training. Pros When it works, it seems to make sense and operate correctly.
