### "Excellent Customer Support"

Our main objective was to improve version control and have one source of truth for our GDP documentation. EQMS has not only solved this, but has given us the opportunity to improve our whole management of quality within the business. Users have found the system easy to navigate and there is no doubt where to go for a Certificate, SOP etc.

Pros

That you can navigate around it very quickly once you are comfortable with the set up.

Cons

Just some very basics like buttons being called one thing but the action is well known as being called something else.

### "Overall this software is great, bit of a learning curve with setup"

I am an systems administrator with a recently combined Forensics crime lab. We are using Qualtrax to solve our documentation needs for accreditation. We have only been using the product for about 6 months, and still have a lot we want to implement, but we have high hopes, and have had some great support from the company.

Pros

I love the end user side of this product. It is very intuitive on what needs to be accomplished, and the user interface has recently been updated and is very nice.

Cons

As an administrator, setting the system up can be tedious to downright difficult (especially the workflows). This is mitigated by the excellent support, and the user conferences.

We are in the launch stages currently so have not got much user. the team are helpful and supportive though

Pros

Very flexible and quick to format, different issue steams. I also like the flexible workflow within the issue streams.

Cons

you can't make a copy of the system to create a test environment unless you manually recreate it. this has meant that we are slower at getting to grips with the system as we have nowhere to experiment with out doubling the resource required.

You can't currently copy the test environment as it's designed to be a sandpit so you can feel confident without worrying about getting incorrect / test data and information into your clean environment. We're looking at whether it might be possible to copy single processes over. Alternatively, if you're confident you have the right information first time, you can put it directly into your live site. I love it. I use it for many documents and this is the best way to get it through approvals and updates.

Pros

The capability of approval hierarchy that leads to email notification. Helps with tracking down who approved/reviewed what and when.

Pros

The software provides the flexibility to customize almost any task to the business. There are good resources to help develop a high level understanding of how to complete these customizations and use the software as desired.

Cons

I've found a few challenges in getting some very detailed answers to questions, but some of that is my experience level with the package.

Employees find the software easy to use. With the hosted software, our employees are able to access SOPs on site, which has been a wonderful addition for our lab. The Qualtrax employees truly care about their customers and it shows when any issues come up that Customer Support is proactive and very fast.

Pros

The ease of use with retaining historical data that is easily accessible is a must for accreditation requirements.

Cons

I can’t think of anything I like least about the software.

Pros

Qualtrax software is user friendly and has made our document control process efficient. Qualtrax has also improved our processes for corrective actions as well. The Qualtrax team is very helpful in explaining their product.

Pros

This software is awesome and can calculate and organize so much information. It’s easy to learn how to navigate for new users.

Cons

Due to how much data this software uses for its calculations it’s harder to keep the system up and running. Any down time greatly affects the accuracy of the reports.

I've known about EQMS since 2005 and began using it's spectrum of features since 2012. After five years of working with EQMS, I have come to appreciate it more and more. I would advise anyone looking to use EQMS to take their time and understand all the different features.

Saving time on the admin side of quality management, freeing up more time to carry out value adding activities and improvement projects.

Pros

The functionality it offers and the option to add more modules as time goes on and our confidence with the system improves.

Cons

Its can be quite difficult to setup and time consuming but support is there if needed. Once setup then the system takes little time to get around and operate.
