My overall experience is very good. I opted for the VIP support and it is well worth the cost to get live support for your questions. The support staff is very knowledgeable. I was using multiple applications that one SuiteDash application is replacing. I will be saving over $2,500 per year just in license fees by using SuiteDash.

Pros

I purchased SuiteDash just over one month ago. It's really amazing how they thought of everything. Yes, it takes configuration time but it will save me and my staff 100's of hours over the next year. It will also help us avoid letting important tasks slip through the cracks. It's already saved me $1,000 in billing that I would have forgotten to bill. It's also keeping in touch with our prospective clients when I am busy with other clients. Love this application!

Cons

Its features are very powerful. You should know that this app needs to be configured to meet your exact requirements. I've spent over 20 hours learning and setting up our workflow.

I love that SuiteDash eliminates the need to use several other platforms and tools. You can run your agency only by using SuiteDash. It offers integrations to expand its capabilities and your data remains with you. I also love the Client Portal which helps me offer great service to my clients. The LMS is also excellent, since I can set up tutorials for my clients without having to build an LMS from scratch.

Pros

It is the most comprehensive CRM platform I have encountered for my web design/development and marketing business, and it enables you to incorporate your own brand (there is no SuiteDash logo after customization). Furthermore, it is GDPR compliant which is crucial to me.

Cons

It takes a while to customize and set up everything but you only have to go through this process once, so it is acceptable. Document/form customization could be a bit more intuitive, but I can live with that. Thankfully the documentation is excellent and there are many videos to help you along.

I really, wanted to like it, I really wanted to use it. I did spend quite some time setting it up. I had a client user test and and it was not really user friendly.

Pros

Suitedash is really customisable and if you're prepared to invest the time, you can have a really nice progressive web app.

Cons

The interface and the templates look really dated. I wish that there were some premium looking community templates.

I have had a positive experience. I used to work with ORACLE and Seibel systems many years ago, and I find that using Suitedash brings me back to those days when I worked in a Corporate Environment. Now that I am running my own small business, Suitedash gives me the opportunity to mimic that functionality at a fraction of the cost.

Pros

I like the many tools that are integrated into the one platform. I liked the Helpdesk tool, Invoicing, creating forms that I can put on my workpress sites that create a client account and the Circles tool. The Circles tool allows me to segment different clients into different Service Types. For example, people booking a one off service have a different experience to people booking long term service plan.

Cons

It is a complex tool, and you will need to invest time to learn everything. But you can simply start to use the essential tools first and build up your understanding of everything that is on offer.

Satisfied overall despite the learning curve the software presents. SuiteDash is powerful and awesome once set up, but expect a noticeable learning curve at first.

Pros

We adopted SuiteDash to manage client communication, secure document sharing, and recurring workflows for our accounting and consulting clients. The client portal alone is worth it: clients get a single login to upload documents, review proposals, sign engagement letters, and see their tasks, which dramatically cuts down on email chaos. Being able to tie CRM, projects, and billing together in one system gives us a clear view of where each client is in our process.

Cons

The only real drawback is the complexity at the beginning. SuiteDash can do a lot, and that can feel overwhelming until you narrow in on the core features you actually need. The terminology and settings aren’t always intuitive, so there’s definitely a “bit of a learning curve” phase where you’re experimenting and adjusting. Once you’ve built a few templates and workflows, though, it starts to feel like a custom system designed around your firm—and at that point, it’s an awesome value for what it delivers.

Pros

It really is a full solution for a small business. I'm a coach and use it to manage contracts, share files, and book appointments. I am also planning to build chargeable courses and I know there's a lot more that I haven't explored yet!

Cons

There's a learning curve to get everything working, but there is also a very comprehensive set of materials so just needs some time.

Having set it up several times, it's my go-to for any sort of portal, CRM, or project management system. It can be used on businesses as simple as a solo freelancer doing projects large and small or as complex as a multi-user CRM and project management system with hundreds of clients.

Pros

The way you are able to white label your own "platform" for doing just about any business function is a real game changer at this pricepoint. It can be as simple as a CRM system or full-blown project management, client portal, etc. The way the system is thought out is almost like a blank space for you to create whatever functions you need and make it your own

Cons

I've set up SuiteDash 3 times for different business types and each time it does get easier, but for someone that is new this type of system, the setup may be overwhelming. But if you have experience in setting up any similar CRM or business management application, the process is easier. My biggest complaint is the terminology used in docs and in their videos is not necessarily industry standard. So for people coming from an older established system, learning how SuiteDash talks about features is a bit of a curveball. Easy enough to learn quickly - it's just something to be aware of.

I bought suitedash after several failed purchases of competitive platforms. The others had awful training and very difficult admins to navigate and set up. Suitedash also had the most different functions that our team could really use.

Pros

Very easy to set up with intuitive admin. The project management section was the need for the first project but we've expanded to the crm section of the platform with great success. Support is very responsive if the videos and pdfs don't do the trick.

Cons

I haven't found one yet but will report back if something comes up

This software has it all, and everything is customizable. I am still building it out, but each step has been amazing in creating all portals for my company, marketing, clients and every aspect of the business.

Because it is so robust, it takes some time to learn and set up, but well worth it, as it will run your company for you.

Pros

Firstly, from the top down the company cares about the success of its customers. It's unrivaled in anything I've ever experienced. From \[sensitive content hidden\], the entire team and system, there's everything you to achieve max productivity with training, tutorials, on-page guides, and even direct 1 on 1 coaching/training. I was looking for a CRM initially but found that SuiteDash offered much more in the way of customer experience interacting with my brand through the Customer Portal that's fully custom branded. One of the coolest features is "Circles". It made my customer segmentation, and content delivery so easy, and more robust for the customer experience as it allows us to deliver a personalized experience when they log in to their portal. I can share docs, resources, invoices, downloadables, and even a learning section that could be used to walk a customer through an orientation and training of sorts. All of these things enhance our relationship with our cliens. I've hardly scratched the surface of the potential and every day I discover new ways to use the platform to grow reach and influence. The Portal is #1 for me but I say that because all of the other functions are there too, email automation, customer milestone progressions, behavior conditional content delivery, and sales automation. invoicing, proposals, seriously almost everything. It's akin to a fully custom-developed system that would cost multiple 6 figures or more. This thing is the cat's meow!

Cons

The functionality is so robust there are many options that require some study to get up to full speed. Although the options and customization features are really straightforward and intuitive, i.e. they tend to be where you think they'd be, it still takes a little time to get acquainted and learn the lay of the land. That said, the support is fantastic and \[sensitive content hidden\] has invested a ton in creating tutorials throughout on virtually every detail. I'm a slow learner, but I believe if it's worth shortening the learning curve they do offer direct help with setup and training.

The dashboard feels overcrowded.

I am exploring SuiteDash due to its excellent white labeling features, and from there, I dug deeper and understood that SuiteDash can streamline many of our daily operations. I fell in love with SuiteDash's excellent rich features, which cover many business aspects, for instance, automated CRM, client portal, digital marketing, contract and e-signature, project and task management, learning management (LMS), file exchange, secure messaging, and more. The best part is that all the features are linked to each other, whereby we only need to learn one platform and enjoy all the advanced features. The learning curve is steep due to the complex combination of advanced features. Still, it is worthwhile for us to learn about it, as we can enjoy the streamlined system features once we become familiar with and get used to the SuiteDash system. There are plenty of learning resources in the SuiteDash system like "Lifesaver," SuiteDash Academy, YouTube Channels, etc., which is super helpful, and we can learn a lot about SuiteDash from these resources. The extreme white labeling features of SuiteDash are allowing us to brand our domain and make it look professional to the customer. Client portals and file exchanges are secure platform features that make our clients feel we are experienced and that they are our premium customers, as every client's personalized portal and file transfer is super secure. The more we explore SuiteDash, the more the fantastic features attract us, and it makes us feel like YES; this is the right platform for us to stay, build, streamline, and automate our business process. I purchased this in the hope to consolidate a number of tools I already use and this did not disappoint. I am still slowly integrating a number of the features but if you're looking for a complete solution such as file sharing, contract signing, landing pages, project tracking, email marketing and drip campaigns (to name a few!), this is the tool for you. It take a bit of time to learn but once sorted, its excellent and cannot recommend enough.

Pros

Excellent selection of tools for small and growing businesses such as invoicing, time tracking, project tracking, email drip and marketing, appointment scheduling, contracts and proposals.

Cons

Learning curve to understand how to use all the features is steep but this is mostly because of transferring from individuals tools to an integrated one.

I’ve been using SuiteDash for a while now, and it has truly changed how I manage my business. This platform is packed with features, offering everything from CRM and project management to client portals and billing solutions. Having everything in one place means I don’t have to juggle multiple apps anymore, which has made my work much easier. The CRM system is one of my favorite features. It’s user-friendly and powerful, helping me keep track of all client interactions and follow-ups effortlessly. The project management tools are also fantastic, making it simple to assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress. The client portals are a big plus, providing a professional and secure way for clients to access their information and communicate with us. The only downside is the initial setup process. It takes quite a bit of time—weeks, in fact—to get everything configured just right for your needs. However, this is a small price to pay for the benefits you gain once everything is up and running. The tutorials provided are top-notch and really help make the setup process easier. They’re detailed, easy to follow, and make the whole process much less overwhelming. All in all, SuiteDash is an excellent platform for any business looking to streamline their tools and boost efficiency. The setup might take some time, but it’s definitely worth the effort in the end. Highly recommended!

Overall everything has worked as expected and has been stable and reliable.

Pros

Ability to provide a highly customizable and secure client portal to share and request sensitive information without restrictions on how many clients we can provide access to portals (other providers may be cost effective initially, but became very expensive if needing to allow 50+ clients to access)

Cons

Portal setup took a bit of time and had a decent learning curve - I managed without too much issues and there were plenty of help guides and tutorials, however staff who were less 'tech-savvy' struggled when they started looking to build our test portal. API and Integrations - having more options when automating from other software would be great, however expect that this will expand over time.

Reason for choosing SuiteDash

Cost effective, ability to make requests to clients for files, and so many other features that, while we may not use, allow us to move more and move functions into this one product over time.

Pros

SuiteDash makes it so simple to keep track of the entire lead process and client experience. I love the sales features but also how easy it is for a client to submit a request and get invoiced quickly. The dashboard is user friendly and the custom client portal makes our brand feel professional. I highly recommend checking out SuiteDash.

Cons

I would love to see more ways to use it for social media. Keep track of our social conversations.
