"A definite must, worth your money!"

**Overall:** Positive, I've only reached out to Suitedash once, and received assistance quickly. They were courteous and helpful.

**Pros:** The versatility and customizability. You can customer down to the staff member up to the client, even third parties.

**Cons:** In doesn't integrate with our phone system. I believe only one of the phone systems they currently intergrate with.

"Full featured tools suite"

**Pros:** Full suite of tools packed with features. Everything from billing to CRM to invoicing.

**Cons:** Interface is a bit clunky and complex. Not user friendly.
