Pros Easy of use. mobile app is quite user friendly. can use a web browser from any device to clock in or out from anywhere. Cons Sometimes the app will log you completely out and you have to re-enter all your credentials again. Also if you don't close the app/browser window after clocking in, the app/browser will continue to run in the background and consume your entire battery in a matter of a couple hours. Management didnt understand all the feature it could have save time and long studying. Pros Kept us organized and it would have been a great tool if we new the ins and outs. And upper mangement would have used in a proper way to take advatage of all the tracking it could have down. But, they didnt learn it. Cons No one really showed us how to use it. And so with no training it took alot of trial and error. And a lot of time. Most of the workers were hard to train. The ability to send updates and notifications on phones was perfect. Pros The ability to see everything on our phones was a huge plus. The live updates and notifications helped us stay on track. Cons Sometimes when clocking in or out it would buffer longer than expected and would not complete the task. Not a problem but it became frequent.
