Pros

Our patients appreciate being able to text back and forth, and we don't have to give out personal phone information.

Cons

Nothing. I just have to remember to set up the reminder. Some people just ignore reminders and we do ask that they respond.

Pros

GoReminders is easy to use and has all the features we need to keep in touch with our clients. GoReminders has reduced the number of missed appointments we have had in our business which has saved us money.

Cons

There are times when I could use a little more customization regarding sending text reminders. But, for what we do, It has worked very nicely.

It's very easy to use and fast. Our customers find it easy to use as well. We like that we are able to contact a bigger group of people faster.

Pros

The service has been really easy to use. Our customers have mentioned it's been one of the more easier docu signing they have used. It makes it real easy to reach a lot of our customers with reminders of their appointment. It's easier to know that it was received rather than leaving a message. It also always our customers to cancel and reschedule their appointment quickly.

Cons

There isn't anything that I have found that I dislike about the service. It's made our appointment confirmations so much easier.

It has been really helpful. The free trial was helpful for me to get to know the features and see if it was helpful and the team constanly reached out to see how things were going and if I needed help.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to use. The price is reasonable aswell. It has lots of helpful features such as message sequences, direct messages and blast messages to help contact our users. Its great that I can add my team to it and it will connect with their calendars. The Go reminders team haave been really helpful and they answer my questions really quickly and they will check I understand and that its fixed my issue.

Cons

It would be helpful if their was a staff reminder option. You can connect to their calendar but it would be helpful to send text/ email reminders to the staff member assigned to the appointment. When adding a customer it would be helpful to have a box to add them to a group - at the moment you have to add them as a customer and then go to groups and add them. It would also be helpful that when a customer is added to a group - any appointments already booked they are automatically added to as you currently have to do that manually.

Overall very good platform will be using it for the foreseeable as long as the price stays manageable, thank you

Great for my business boosted client bookings and also looks very professional sending text reminders, decreased no shows as promised and calendar helps me keep track of customer bookings in house, all in all great product as a small business I would hugely recommend it.

Cons

Only slight improvement I would ask is for a bigger exploded size calendar so I can clearly see all booking information for each job at a glance, the possibility to remove Saturday and Sunday from the list would be nice also as this is just dead space for our business.

It's a very low entry, easy to use service. Customer oriented with the messaging system.

Cons

Price is always a factor, and it hasn't been the cleanest working system. The team has been diligent in keeping things working and in good order though.

I love the easy navigation of their program. It’s very easy to learn and maneuver through out. I do like that they are making nice upgrades.

Cons

The huge price increases. Although, the company has been kind with a price deduction for me because I’ve been with them from almost the beginning. I still feel it’s getting extreme. I understand the upgrades and the work that goes into it though.

I've had an excellent experience with GoReminders and have been using it for several years. It helps me have a better understanding of who will be attending their appointments and, best of all, it has significantly decreased my no show rate. GoReminders has been a great product for me - it is helpful to my patients, increases the number of patients who show up for their appointment, has paid for itself many times over, and has increased my income from kept appointments.

Pros

GoReminders is easy to use and is a very effective way to remind patients of appointments. It is easy to contact patients with a variety of messages for different settings, for example in person vs. teleconference meetings, or appointments at different locations. Its greatest benefit, however, has been in significantly decreasing the number of no shows I have each week and increasing my billing for kept appointments.

Cons

I honestly have never had any issues with GoReminders. It is economical, easy to use, and effective.

The automatic reminders and the text messages to communicate with clients. This has saved me numerous hours of not having to call to confirm appointments. Clients are more apt to communicate that they need to reschedule through text as opposed to calling the office. I also love the fact that you can attach files to a text.

Tech support was great although I only called twice and got instant answers right away. They do not stonewall you like many software providers.

Pros

This software is very to use and has super customer support. I can now text/email all my clients to remind them of their upcoming appointments. As a senior citizen, I also use it to send reminders to myself, so I don't miss any of my own appointments.

Cons

I can honestly say there was not a least moment. I only had to fill in this box in order to get my reviews posted. Think Capterra should rethink this issue.
