The support has been fabulous. It was hard to decide between What did you like most about Tithe.ly? and overall experience. They both rate over the top (score 15+) Pros This platform was incredibly user-friendly and thoughtfully designed with the user in mind. Every step felt intuitive, and I appreciated how smoothly I could navigate and complete my tasks. It’s clear that care was taken to make the experience welcoming and efficient—thank you for making it so easy to engage! May 13, 2026 5.0 Great experience overall! The site looks beautiful, the process to create it was easier than expected and the support team was great. And I'm glad we can connect Tithe.ly with our Breeze account and have everything in one place. Pros I use Tithe.ly mostly for the website creation - and it was a smooth process! The steps are intuitive so I was able to put a great website together easier than I thought. I also love the support team - I've used both the chat feature and the ticket system and received great customer service both ways. Cons I wish the site I created was more mobile friendly. I did reach out to support and changed the size of the photos, etc. but it still doesn't display properly on cell phones. To be fair, I did get a response from the support team that they will be looking into the issue. I can not cancel a payment. Also, there is no customer support. Pros Once set up it worked. That is it. The web site was not down when I went to it. That is a plus. That is it. Cons I am a donor, and tried to cancel my reoccurring payment. Support from Tithe.ly is non-existent. There is no Customer support number, and when I opened a chat, I waited 2 hours and when no one came to help me I gave up. Great customer service, easy-to-use design, helpful tutorials and training videos, even the digital agent has been of good use. Pros Tithe.ly has made my life and ministry much easier. I switched to their website because of the cost, hard to beat $19/m. However, the integration of the online giving and the website is awesome. Any interaction I have had with customer service has been fantastic. Cons I wish there were a few more features available for the entry-level tier of the website. The current value is great; however, some of the extra tools are really neat, but my church doesn't have the budget for that. Some things are a little limited, but for my purpose, with a small church, it is truly hard to complain. July 17, 2025 5.0 Overall I would say this is a product hard to beat at the price point it is being offered. In addition, it seems things are only getting better as new features are added. Pros All else aside, Tithely is the best giving platform out there for churches. In addition, they include a feature set that is hard to beat. Price is doable for all size churches. The features are immense (pretty much has all you will need). The app and website are easy to create and are attractive to the eye. 2-way messaging is great! Cons Over the years it seems tithely has partnered up with other companies to increase their feature set. Great! What is not so great? Some are still only 1 way integrated, or not integrated at all. At some point ministries need all these features accessible from a singular ecosystem of person data. I switched from another platform that had lots of bells and whistles with no customization, high expense and horrible customer service. Tithe.ly has proven to be a great alternative from customization to excellent customer service. Pros Tithe.ly is an easy to set up and use system for ministries and churches of all sizes. They offer a la carte selections which allow you to customize your investment. Cons Sometimes giving from phone doesn't work properly for our partners, but it's rare. Have considered other options to reduce the fees, but have yet to do so. Pros Works very well. Trustworthy after years of use in 2 churches. Simple to use and set up. Great option for card or remote givers. Cons Perfect for small, ~$50 gifts. The fees begin to be fairly large on bigger gifts, and serve to actually de-incentivize large donors. Perhaps consider capping the fees at a maximum dollar value? (I.e. Maximum fee of $10 per transaction.) Cons The learning curve was a bit longer than anticipated but with the incredible support, I really don't consider it a con. That is not a problem with Tithe.ly. The system is simple to use, and we've been able to get help easily in the infrequent times that we need it. Pros The overall ease to use. The time it saves me when Tithe.ly sends out the tax donation statements. Cons I have not found anything that I don't like about Tithe.ly. Pros The $19 cost per month to build a church website with the requirement to be part of the GIVE program is absolutely fantastic. The website tools are easy to use and there are many more programs available for church to add on and increase utility. The customer service level is the best I've ever experience with quick responses, well thought out answers and clear article references specific to your question. Cons In competition with giving, Tithely requires a charge for processing any giving amount from website, app. or QR code giving compare to our PayPal account that is also an option for our congregation. The website is easy to navigate and provides all the information I need. It's easy to switch between monthly and weekly deposits depending on the time of the year. The few times I have had issues, the staff is very responsive and gets back to me within hours. Their answers are always concise and thoughtful Cons I wish I could specify the format of the CSV downloaded file associated with deposits. There's too much data that I don't need. The reporting part is something I have to learn more about but there are tutorials I can use that are supplied for that plus they have support I can get in touch with.
