We started with Giving but soon added the All - Access and we are so glad we did. Communication to our people and keeping everyone abreast of whats happening has been huge. I can not cancel a payment. Also, there is no customer support. Pros Once set up it worked. That is it. The web site was not down when I went to it. That is a plus. That is it. Cons I am a donor, and tried to cancel my reoccurring payment. Support from Tithe.ly is non-existent. There is no Customer support number, and when I opened a chat, I waited 2 hours and when no one came to help me I gave up. They both rate over the top (score 15+) Pros This platform was incredibly user-friendly and thoughtfully designed with the user in mind. Every step felt intuitive, and I appreciated how smoothly I could navigate and complete my tasks. It’s clear that care was taken to make the experience welcoming and efficient—thank you for making it so easy to engage! Great customer service, easy-to-use design, helpful tutorials and training videos, even the digital agent has been of good use. Pros Tithe.ly has made my life and ministry much easier. I switched to their website because of the cost, hard to beat $19/m. However, the integration of the online giving and the website is awesome. Any interaction I have had with customer service has been fantastic. Cons I wish there were a few more features available for the entry-level tier of the website. The current value is great; however, some of the extra tools are really neat, but my church doesn't have the budget for that. Some things are a little limited, but for my purpose, with a small church, it is truly hard to complain. July 17, 2025 5.0 Overall I would say this is a product hard to beat at the price point it is being offered. In addition, it seems things are only getting better as new features are added. Pros All else aside, Tithely is the best giving platform out there for churches. In addition, they include a feature set that is hard to beat. Price is doable for all size churches. The features are immense (pretty much has all you will need). The app and website are easy to create and are attractive to the eye. 2-way messaging is great! Cons Over the years it seems tithely has partnered up with other companies to increase their feature set. Great! What is not so great? Some are still only 1 way integrated, or not integrated at all. At some point ministries need all these features accessible from a singular ecosystem of person data. We were able to consolidate many software programs into one, eliminating the need for multiple subscriptions. Cons Tithe.ly's sites feature, while easy to use, isn't as customizable as I hoped it would be. I would like the ability to use my own HTML and CSS on my site, but understand this isn't the target audience for the product. There is no cost except for a small percentage of each gift given, and the giver can choose to pay the percentage also if they wish. Pros The app is easy to use and is available for a very reasonable cost! I'd recommend it to any church who wants to reach a generation who is used to paying and giving electroncically. Cons I preferred 1.0 over newer version. It was easier to navigate and get the information I wanted and print out for our financial secretary. Pros The $19 cost per month to build a church website with the requirement to be part of the GIVE program is absolutely fantastic. The website tools are easy to use and there are many more programs available for church to add on and increase utility. The customer service level is the best I've ever experience with quick responses, well thought out answers and clear article references specific to your question. Cons In competition with giving, Tithely requires a charge for processing any giving amount from website, app. or QR code giving compare to our PayPal account that is also an option for our congregation. Cons Right now the only con I have is the connectivity between Breeze and Tithe.ly. I have to enter names twice if I want giving records to enter Breeze correctly. I have heard they are working to improve this integration with Tithe.ly 3.0 which I can't wait for. We just wish Tithe.ly's developers spent more energy on making the modules work together, instead of spending so much energy on marketing additional options! Pros The software is specifically designed for churches, and easily accommodates sub-groups like choirs or youth groups. It's fairly easy to design a website, and having an app for our church is awesome!
