### "The best signature management app on a price basis"

Great - now I've set it up, it runs on autopilot when it comes to me needing to create and send a contract to clients for signing.

Pros

When it comes to document signing it's a crowded market with lots of options - where signNow stands out is on price. It does pretty much the same as the others - but for at least half the price. This was the main reason we picked it.

Cons

The dashboard looks dated and takes a while to get familiar with - but past that it has all the same feature as it's competitors.

Our business implemented SignNow via API with our proprietary CRM. We enjoyed the feature as it worked, but there were many flaws with the API including expiring keys, and some connection downtime.

Pros

airSlate SignNow was a helpful tool for our business because it allowed for digital signatures, which helped take our business in the virtual world.

Cons

I least liked SignNows customer support. Whenever we had an API issue, we had to go back and forth via email with their admin team to get it resolved. I would have preferred a phone call.

### "Sign Now is a Waste of Money"

Awful. The customer service folks do not understand the meaning of the words "customer" and "service".

Pros

If you've used another eSign service, it is fairly simple to use. It is expensive though and not worth it in my opinion.

Cons

They are still working things out. I spent over $1000 sending a simple bulk send document which didn't work because there was an optional hyperlink (for more information) that if it was not clicked on, the document would not progress to the next signer. This was not stated in the instructions anywhere and I now have over 1000 documents that are "stuck", that I paid for, that are useless without the second signature. SignNow customer service folks are not aware that this is a problem and will not do anything to fix it or help me after I blew all that money on a useless service

I have been using SignNow for over 10 years, back when it was Cudasign. I never have to walk my clients through the signing process, they always figure it out easily.

Pros

Easy for my clients and tenants to use, can fill out straight from their mobile phone, get a pdf once completed.

Cons

Creating templates is difficult on a mobile device

Not good. The product itself is easy to use but there was no support when I had an issue which led me to move to another product.

Pros

It’s an affordable document management system. It’s fairly simple to learn and understand even if you’re not very technical.

Cons

Their customer support was non existent for me. I changed my business email and lost my premium features that I had paid for. I contacted them 7 times and nothing worked to get a real person vs an automated response so I gave up.

Overall, the experience was good for what we needed it for. When our needs increased it was no longer a good option for us due to extremely high costs.

Pros

It is user friendly. The interface is nice and clean and straightforward. I like that you can use signing links.

Cons

Cost. Super expensive for what it is. I wish their was a simplified version you can purchase. Our cost was going to be increased from $90/year to over $4000.

I've found SignNow to be very easy to use. If you need something simple to capture signatures, this is absolutely a good option. It's something I only used occasionally, but if I needed to use it on a more regular basis, I may seek something more robust.

Pros

SignNow makes it incredibly easy to get a signature on a document through a mobile device. The app itself allows you to store signed documents, in addition to exporting documents to the cloud or downloading them to be used outside of the app itself. Additionally, it is easy to request signatures from others when needed. The interface is simple and easy to use.

Cons

Editing documents or templates on a mobile device can be tricky. Creating the templates on mobile is also a bit cumbersome.

We've had a great experience. However, they changed their plan design and when doing so, it bumped me out of phone support and down to email only support.

Pros

SignNow is affordable yet give some very advanced features. My favorite feature is where you can create a link for people to access a reoccurring form to fill out. This is very helpful when selling insurance over the internet. People come to my website and buy insurance without me involved.

Cons

Simple tasks such as selecting multiple documents at once or deleting batches of documents isn't available. You would think something this simple would be included. Perhaps they will add this in the future.

Pros

The product has one of the best prices for electronic signatures in the market, easy to upload your first document, and requesting signatures is a breeze.

Cons

signNow lacks the sophistication of their competitors that have been in this space for longer. Their development team lacks the drive to finish a feature to completion before trying to add additional features, which sometimes results in a clunky admin experience.

Amazing product that is vital to the daily operations to my company. My team send out all of our employment contracts via signnow

Pros

Cheaper then docusign. Simple to learn and easy to sign out contracts. On the user side its also easy to sign. Every activity is documented.

Cons

I wish the templates were easier to make. I wish it could integrate with our SharePoint so that documents would automatically be stored when its sign by all parties

Pros

With buyers and sellers all over the country and the globe, being able to sign listing and purchase agreements electronically is a must. SignNow is convenient, easy to use, and my clients love it. Being able to use the app on my mobile device has changed my business for the better. I will never look back!

Cons

If I could change one thing about the software, I would add an auto-populate setting on iPhone to where you wouldnt have to type in the destination email address every time. If the contact isnt in your existing phone book, you have to type in the email address manually. Thats fine, but its easy to transpose a letter or number and then have the incorrect signer.

When I started my business, I needed to find a digital signing solution for a low cost... so even though I had never heard of this program, I decided to give it a try instead of using one of the more well-known digital signing programs. My business is small, and I don't need digital signing on a daily basis. So, the lower price very much attracted me. And ultimately, I'm very glad I gave it a shot. It has definitely met my needs and is affordable. Also, there was one occasion when I needed to contact customer service because I changed my e-mail address, which caused a billing error. I sent an email to customer service, and the issue was resolved very promptly and easily.

Pros

The program is quite easy to use and navigate. And it appears my clients find it easy to use as well. I've never had any complaints or questions from them.

Cons

The only thing I have difficulty with is the editing tools box... it can be moved side to side so you can see your document, but not up and down. The bottom portion of the editing tool box gets cut off by my Windows task bar at the bottom of my screen, and since I can't move the box up, I can't access the tools in the lower portion.

I really like that clients are able to electronically sign appointment consent or anesthesia consent forms prior to their appointment/procedures. It cuts drop off time down since the paperwork is already completed. I think that clients appreciate this convenience as well.

Cons

I wish that the forms were integrated with our Hippo software so that the documents automatically went into the patient's file rather than manual submission.

SignNow used to be my go to way for signing documents and sending them in, but I now don’t want to pay for the service and would rather sign documents in person.

Pros

Originally, I liked that I didn’t have to go in person to sign and that I could do it from the ease of my phone! You could sign in your own cursive, or you could choose a signature look and make it easy. I liked that you could import the date and put check marks in boxes. It used to be free when I first started using it as well.

Cons

Over time, SignNow started charging for using (which stinks when it used to be free), and now it seems harder to use on my iPhone, even though I have a much nicer iPhone now than I used to. It’s such a pain now that I would rather go sign documents in person (as I no longer have a good reliable computer).

### "Awful support and inadequate instructions"

Frustrating not being able to get any support whatsoever. They will probably say, "Oh he had a trial account." My response: If you prohibit trial users from accessing support how can they adequately \*try\* (as in "trial") your product? A "trial" means I have the opportunity to explore and experience all aspects of a online service. If I (presumably) must pay first before I can access any kind of support, why offer a trial? You have many competitors, so it's not like potential customers can't just delete their SignNow account and find a better product/service. That's what I did.

Pros

Nothing. I tried to use it three different times but the instructions were practically nonexistent, or if available, the company does not make it easy to learn how to use their product. I'm sure they will say, "But look, watch this video or read this KB article, etc." But if a customer has to search, not find what they need, then go to reach out to support only to find that there is no support, a post-hoc explanation does not do me (or other customers) any good.

Cons

Zero support. Your only option is "SignNow University" where you can search in vain for answers to your questions. No support chat. No support phone number. No support email address.

Seamless.

Pros

The price is ridiculously good value for money, particularly if bought with PDF Filler. Adding signer roles is intuitive and can be done in sequence and on selected fields.

Cons

The automatic detection of fields from imported files sometimes fails. More font options on created fields would be a nice to have.
