We were able to stop using the large paper binders that we would print out and put together to save us a ton of money and my back. Now they simply vote from their phones and it tracks what they voted for for audit purposes later. It locks down the data so I am not worried about security threats as often. I can also use the tool to create a new meeting document by copying an existing meeting document which is the only reason I am able to get this done so quick.

Pros

I was somewhat surprised by how well the minute maker worked and it did not destroy all of my other tools. I have a lot of food debris on my desk, but the agenda builder allowed me to drag file into the app without any delay today.

Cons

Setup took forever (I thought I was going to throw my laptop against the wall lol). Automatic numbering of agenda item is a disaster and looks terrible every time I add a new section. All of the older folks on the board have issues with the two-factor authentication login each and every time which is a pain for me.

Overall usage would allow me to be able to create, design and implement a place for collaborative feedback on topics needed by the board and management teams where stakeholders who may invest in the company can review our progression put strategy in place advance our mission, goals and future initiatives.

Pros

The suite of software and tools were useful for all functions required to develop and implement board capabilities across the company.

Cons

The reporting dashboard could be enhanced for more customizable utilization.

Overall, I've had a good experience. I've worked with several fantastic people in the past and present to maintain our account and solve problems.

Pros

Both functionality and usability are excellent. It is simple to use even with all the bells and whistles. Our company meetings are sometimes held in here. Its easy to use and create and join any meeting.

Cons

It is annoying because the meeting feature doesn't integrate with Outlook's calendaring. It impedes effective user-to-user communication over RSVPs for meetings. creates more work for everyone.

It is good. Sometimes the plug-in in Microsoft Office is disabled but due to Microsoft updates, I believe.

Pros

The board books are convenient and look nice.

Cons

I don't like that you can't add fields to documents you are getting signed. Just a signature, no date or other variable field options. It makes the feature too limited.

Pros

The dashboard feature is my favorite feature offered by BoardVantage. I love that we can provide so much data to the Directors within a single screen. I just wish there were more cards available.

Cons

The mobile features are different from the desktop version - as a non-iPad user, it makes it difficult for me to provide support to the users who rely on their iPads.

Overall it's a good product and easy to use.

Pros

The ease of which it is to use from an administrator standpoint is very important, as well as on the user end. Sending out documents is a breeze.

Cons

The survey function could be improved since you can't add it to the briefcase or new items.
