This is second time that we could not get license plate due to being too blurry Pros Easy to use customer service is good but the camera system is taking people money and it’s not cool. Cons Someone hit my driver from the back then drove off after pulling over & customer service helped pull the video and it’s sad to say but the cameras are worthless they will NOT get the plate. Geofencing helps to quickly glance and get an idea of where every member of your team is throughout the day to help plan further dispatching. Pros Easy to setup. Easy to use. It’s as simple as that. We also love the maintenance tracking for our fleet. We have alerts set for oil changes and regular maintenance that can be easily missed otherwise during the hustle of each day. Thank you for inquiring on how to better serve your users. Pros The functionality of the product works well for our needs. We are able to locate our Techs quickly, pinpointing exactly where they are which aids in providing spot-on response times to our customers. Cons I'm wondering if the tool has the capability to give the name of the location along with the address. For example, if I select a driver, the tool instantly shows me where they are and provides the address. Can it also share the name of the business? I understand this might not always be possible or even accurate depending on where the vehicle is located, but where possible it would save time in determining if such address where we expect them to be, matches up with the name of the business. We don't always know the address but to have a quick glance and say ok they are at 'General Mills' would be great. I realize this might requires another layer of programming but since the app already shows the names of some locations nearby, maybe it's possible... or maybe a link to the address which my lead to the name since it's tied to Google Maps. Pros The help from our Representative and the support team when we are in need. Cons It takes up to a 24 hour callback once a ticket is created when we really need help asap because our drivers are on the road and its imperative that we get them help asap during running hours.
