This is a great software to have gives you confidence in knowing that your business is being managed structurally well.

Pros

Easy to set up. I find this software best fits like a small upcoming business. Their staff/team is very helpful gave a lot of tips in regards to marketing and expanding in different areas of your business needs.

Cons

Shipping prices I saw was a bit too much. Other than that I have no problem with them.

Pros

We have been working with ShipMonk since September last year and are only moving on as it makes most sense for us to ship out of Europe. The support team have been great to deal with since the beginning. What is most impressive is their backend program which has given us full autonomy in terms of managing our inventory, shipping rates and reporting. Thanks Shipmonk!

Cons

None it all met our needs completely and allowed us to do what we needed to do

An outstanding feature of Shipmonk is customer service. The level of understanding and concern shown by the "Happiness Engineers" is amazing. The commitment to understanding a clients situation and the support offered is outstanding and unusual in the industry and makes working with Shipmonk truly a partnership experience.

Pros

I really like the layout and appearance utilized by Shipmonk, it is easy to use and navigate. This is very important to me as it saves a great deal of time and energy when seeking information or resolving issues.

Pros

I've talked to many 3PL's across the country and ShipMonk is one of the best i've seen! Their technology platform is top-notch; I especially love the fact that there is an embedded shipping calculator, so you can play with so many scenarios and get pricing. Oh, and their shipping rates are heavily discounted which opens the door for global sales. Highly recommend ShipMonk for all of your storage and fulfillment needs.

Awesome experience working with Shipmonk! The service is amazing! I was able to focus on sales and engagement rather than spending hours fulfilling orders!

Pros

Very reliable, this allowed me the opportunity to focus on growth and data versus filling orders all day.

Cons

The cost, possibly making options a little more affordable for small businesses.

Shipmonk took an idea and made it a reality for us. Pastor Box ships quarterly and I’ve heard nothing but accolades from my subscribers. Sure the content will make or break a subscription box, but if the fulfillment process is not executed with care and attention to detail, it would never succeed. My CRM not only “held our hand” as we were getting started (all new territory for us), she’s stuck with us every step of the way. I’m thrilled with Shipmonk.

Pros

comprehensive. mostly intuitive. They thought of everything.

Cons

it's new, so they're still working out some kinks. But they fix everything immediately.

I don't have to ship things anymore from my apartment. I don't even have to think about shipping, it just happens!

Pros

The customer service is super responsive and shipments go off without a hitch. The shipping rates are also very affordable, even with the pick and pack fee, it's cheaper than the cost of postage if we were fulfilling ourselves.

Cons

Some of the menus and dashboard isn't super intuitive, but that's quite minor. Also, the payment system is a little backwards with having "credits" but I can respect their need to have payment in advance so they don't go out of pocket on customer shipping or become inundated in credit card fees.

The program and site are easy to work with and navigate. Has a great user interface! Allows for detailed information on orders.

Cons

Sorting options when looking into orders could be better. Would be great to look up orders by specific item, etc.

Absolutely AWFUL company. At all costs avoid using them for your business! This company has potentially costs us tens of thousands of dollars! We used them for our subscription box and they fell flat on every promise that they made us, delaying our shipments weeks at a time! And they never communicated with us ANYTHING! This picture shows how I have had to hound them down for a response. With a MONTHLY subscription box, I can't have uncommunicated WEEKS of delay. I've dealt with SO MANY CHARGEBACKS that my bank had to discontinue service with us. WORST BUSINESS DECISION EVER DECIDING TO WORK WITH THEM, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Pros

They have an ease of use software, however that means nothing if the people working there can't get their act together

Cons

The people, communication, shipping delays.

Didn’t see any cons except the California store closed on Saturday. But overall this company is great.

Pros

The shipmonk software is super easy and intuitive to use. You have a great overview of all key facts and your storage. Additionally the support is extremely flexible, super fast and very friendly yet knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

Cons

To be honest there is nothing I can mention that I like least at this software. Maybe there is only one little thing: The software sometimes only works with Chrome and not with Safari.

How well it works with subscription box services. This provides many capabilities for subscription box fulfillment.

Cons

Learning how the some procedures work, as they are happening. It is not the fault of Shipmonk but more the challenge of learning a new process.

Pros

Ship monk made it easy for me to run my business. They truly take care if everything from start to end plus their platform is really easy to use. Whenever I had questions, their team was available to either speak on the phone or email back and forth until I was comfortable with what I needed to do. A truly amazing experience.

Cons

Can’t say anything negative about Shipmonk or their team.

Pros

Easy to navigate once you know what you're doing. Easy to search or look back at old records. I like the shipping rates calculator.

Cons

Sometimes the site takes time to load or I have to refresh. For some reason I can't disable more than one product at a time in inventory. It's also a challenge to export info because Excel turns tracking numbers into scientific numbers, which is hard to undo.

Pros

It is easy to use. It provides the data in the simplest yet unique manner. The staff is very friendly reps are very nice and gentle people.

Cons

To be honest, there was not a single issue that I possibly could identify. However, I would suggest adding the feature to sort by other categories in the receiving area other than that we are good to go.

Pros

I love the customer support. ShipMonk calls their customer reps, "Happiness Engineers." These Happiness Engineers are knowledgeable, on-site, courteous and always reachable. They also, unusual in our day and age, have the green light to solve problems on their own, that is without going through a big bureaucracy.

Cons

During the lean months (i.e. when there is not a lot of orders for our product) it can be somewhat costly to maintain a presence in their warehouse. This would not be a problem if a company has a relatively steady stream of orders.
