I’ve had productive meetings with my account representative, uploaded and organized my contracts, and am now finishing the setup process. So far, the platform has delivered exactly what was advertised - which is not always the case with new software—and it’s been straightforward to use throughout the implementation. Pros I really like the date tracking and reporting features, as well as how clearly organized and customizable the system is. The new AI functionality is amazing and already very useful - I’m excited to see how it continues to develop. The customer support team is also excellent, and the overall value for money is great. Cons At times, the system can be a bit slow to load, especially when working with larger files or multiple searches. It’s also difficult to directly compare contracts within the platform, which can make side-by-side reviews or version checks more time-consuming. They made a stressful task for me bearable and quite honestly, fun. You should use them as your vendor- you will be glad you did . Pros The most attractive features of Contract Safe are the people who work there and the program- it is easy to implement, use and understand. Cons The least favorite feature is that you need frontload all of the agreements and tag them but that is with every comparable software program. The best part is that ContractSafe helps with it. " September 23, 2025 5.0 Investing in ContractSafe has been transformational to our organization. Previously we had no CLM system and was relying on folders on a shared site. It was very difficult to know what we had agreed to in any of our contracts. ContracSafe has brought all of our data points together in one spot. The site is very intuitive and easy to use. The ability to customize the meta data fields to suit our agreements as well as the easily configurable reports is also a huge plus. Pros For our organization we feel that the ease of use and ease of being able to customize the format was a huge plus. The customer support has been outstanding, ContractSafe wants you to get what you paid for, and they are always available to help. Overall, this product is great value for money! Cons Sometimes the documents when resized can be blurry, however if you switch to the document only view it usually rectifies itself. It occurs very infrequently. He answered all of my many questions and provided me with the needed technical supporting documentation. After joining ContractSafe, my next contact was a Customer Success Manager and she has gone above and beyond in helping me navigate the system. There is always help around the corner when it is needed, which is not needed that much because this system if fairly straight forward and easy to use. Pros There are several factors why ContractSafe was chosen over all of the other contract systems. Ease of use was the primary reason (as well as easy to install), while the other factor was the lower cost of use. Also, both of my contacts at ContractSafe have been very helpful. Cons There have not been any negatives in using ContractSafe. On rare occasions, the system will freeze up while I am updating an agreement, but I can simply unfreeze it by clicking on the refresh icon. The AI module continues to learn and becomes more and more accurate overtime, which saves time with initial load and setup of documents. Setting up and viewing based upon easy to build custom fields and tags is flexible and fast. Overall, extremely easy to adapt to our existing business processes and easily modified once set when requirements change Cons Any software can be improved. Native API level integration with reporting tool suites is my number one request as an add on to the product. Huge benefit is the customisable elements such as forms, folders and reports. Cons The AI is good but slightly slow at the moment but I understand it is improving and I very much believe that given the responsiveness developers have had to feedback and improvements over the last year. Cons I would like more one on one training/availability of ad-hoc in person questions and not have to watch a video for help. Videos are great, but usually when I need help, it is an immediate need. The AI is OK but I cannot use it as it does not put information in correct places probably due to our Contract format.
