I found events I was interested in and set notifications so that I would receive a text message when the tickets went on sale. I was able to purchase the tickets and have them put in my apple wallet in less than 5 minutes. Excellent experience

Pros

Easy to sign up. You will receive notifications before tickets go on sale. You receive tickets that can put put in your apple wallet. Easy to use scan tickets

Cons

Limited companies use Showpass. Most of the companies are local and variety is limited. More companies need to use Showpass.

Pros

I like that Showpass allocates a wide array of event management tools in one place. In addition, Showpass has payment processing tools that makes it an exceptional tool since most ticketing tools lack such features.

Cons

Even though Showpass pricing is higher than most basic ticketing tools it has the most robust features.

I would highly recommend Showpass to anyone regarding event success. The ease of the site removes the extra stress when planning an event. Everything felt very easy simple, convenient, professional, fun to plan and the team members were amazing at providing exceptional service.

Pros

Showpass is very easy to use, the website is simple for the consumer to understand in all aspects, including safety and providing a personalized experience. If help is required the support team is quick to respond and ensures the customers happiness is exceeded. Making QR codes for the guests made a seamless way of checking in for the event.

Cons

I haven’t encountered any areas of opportunity with this company.

Pros

Their client support team is very quick to respond and help with anything that we need! Additionally, they have been able to innovate and build new features that have greatly improved our event set up.

Cons

We've had a bit of trouble with scanning in the past but the Showpass team was helpful in finding solutions for our issues.
