### "Do we love Raken? Yes, let me count the ways!"

Just amazing! It doesn't matter if it is billing, recommendations, walking a non-tech employee through logging on, assisting on feature access or training, this company is by far one of the best in customer service and the level of power for field reporting is superior to anything we have had in the past!

Pros

1\. Cloud based (no expensive servers, no storage limits) 2. Extremely easy to use 3. Allows Foremen/Superintendents to have very detailed field reports 4. Can share photos, recordings, weather, and reports with a link vs. large emails 5. Can track jobs by crews, employee, and cost codes 6. Easily document weather delays 7. Voice recording allows for a LOT of flexibility and complete detail 8. Phone, ipad, tablets or desktop are part of the accessibility with just a logon 9. All this at an affordable price 10. If you need to go to mediation and/or court, this is quite the electronic storage 11. Allows for employee to sign the time/work performed and no accidents 12. Easily modify your daily field report for different jobs.

Cons

1\. We started when it first launched and it didn't have all the features but they were listening and added new things constantly 2. Would like to see more gps functions later for time card validating

Pros

It's okay but unfortunately, I have worked with better systems.

Pros

It's an okay system for timecards, however, you have access to everyone's timecard in this system. It also doesn't allow you to sign your timecard daily.

Cons

I stored my signature on file however I get an email notice every week to review and sign my timecard, however, it does not allow me to just insert my stored signature so I have to write it every time. It is very annoying and time-consuming.

She’s been absolutely amazing—responsive to all our inquiries and consistently providing detailed guidance on the application's features and best practices. Her support has made our onboarding and continued use of even smoother.

Pros

has been a fantastic addition to our toolbox. Its ease of use—from project budgeting to scheduling—has streamlined our daily operations. The ability to send detailed reports to our primary contractors provides a clear visual of progress and activities on-site. It’s made communication and documentation much more efficient.

Cons

One area for improvement would be mobile access for administrative tasks. For example, adding a new employee requires switching to a desktop, which can be inconvenient in the field. Expanding mobile functionality would make an already strong platform even better.

Would recommend even just to get daily information on multiple projects. The information flows to the entire team.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was great to work with. Very responsive/ knowledgeable and easy to speak to. Customer service was on point

Cons

Was tough starting from scratch but with the team we worked out issues easy. It was a bit of an issue to connect with our accounting software.

I find to be extremely useful. It provides logging and "eyes in the field" from the office.

Pros

I like the ease of use, training tool and data logging options.

Cons

I do not like that I have to contact Tech Support if one of the Techs has found themselves locked out of the app. It would be quicker/easier if I had the option to reset the password link for them.

Very easy app to use, it has a lot of great tools to report whatever is needed in the field. The tracking of safety is great just in case we get audited.

Pros

We are using it for the ease of the JHA feature, it's simple and easy for the guys!

Cons

We are a small company so cost matters to us probably more than a larger company, so the price was what make us take a pause before ordering.

Terrible!! Complete disconnect from the sales person who made all the promises. Your are then passed on to a ‘Customer Success Manager’ who processes your set up and sends it off to IT coders in what they call “I generated a ticket”. But coders are absolutely inexperienced in construction cost coding. And cannot deliver what sales committed to. Rakens left hand does’t talk to the right hand. Sales make commitments that are not achievable. And there’s no response to “who can I contact to resolve this problem?” 21 weeks still waiting.

Pros

I was sold a time card app that would integrate with our Sage300 cost coding and it would be up an running in 6 weeks

Cons

21 weeks later and counting and has not delivered a working app! I’m still waiting. More frustrating, they’ve completely refused to refund, address, fix or otherwise acknowledge this problem, except to say “I will look into your request” I have no working app. Yet they have my money. I am happy to share all docs to prove this, contact me I’ll gladly publish/provide all emails.

I would say it has been a good overall experience. Especially since this is the first and only construction app that we checked out and immediately put to use. We were able to add about 9 jobs in a two week period as it was being put into use.

Pros

It consolidated into one program that we could utilize for tracking job costs, work done, employee hours and materials used on the job.

Cons

At times, it does seem to be a little pricey when adding a new "seat at the table."

It is easy to start using and requires minimal instruction. The daily report is nice once it is processed.

Cons

The updates that occur seem to down grade the system. There has not been an update that we have been excited about. The last one wiped out many of the things we liked.

We have been really happy with customer support.

Pros

allows for easily uploading field notes and progress photos. We also have created customized checklists that we use for project initiation, preconstruction and progress meetings and punch list.

Cons

It would be better if the checklists were available right from the main screen where the daily report is listed. I think that would help team members remember. They are a little bit buried and not intuitive to find.

I have not been using it that log and am just getting started on a new project, so not that many subs are on board. I think it is adequate but could have a few more features where you can customize tabs. It doesn't seem like it is not that easy to filter and search topics (but i'm not completely familiar with all features).

Pros

is fairly simple to use. Its feature are not complex or convoluted, and it covers enough to reflect accurate daley activities. I use the software mostly through my phone, but you have the option to do it from a PC.

Cons

Depending on network coverage using from your phone can be negative. When you go into the photo app you can't see the dates photos were taking making it difficult to select correct date range. If sub contractors are inputting info, it would be nice if it showed within specific area (subs work log) real time, so that it can be integrated within licensed users Log (not separate)

The software has allowed our company to keep an eye on the daily installations at the jobsite. If a PM sees a picture they have a question about, they can immediately reach out to the field workers and discuss it. Having the gallery to go back to if the GC has questions later on in the project has been invaluable on numerous occasions.

Pros

We have all of our Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers using this software. It's perfect for keeping up with what is going on in the field, and provides accountability for each crew to make sure their installs are up to standards and specs.

Cons

It would be great if the software could integrate more with the device's GPS for features such as time cards. It already uses GPS when setting up a project in the field by using your current location as the project address. Knowing where the employees are when they clock in would be helpful as well.
