The reporting for our jobsite was easy to read and simple to convey in a quick meeting. This allowed for my updates on that site to be seamless, up to date, and added with daily pictures it kept things concise in meetings. Pros I used Raken as a General contractor so I tracked reporting from our subcontractor who utilized the app. The amount of information and communication a single pdf could provide was incredible. The features they used kept me in the loop and allowed for update meetings to run efficiently. Cons I didn't experience any cons as the GC who used their reports. The subcontractor appeared to utilize most of the functions on their daily reports which made my job easier. Cons i’d like to have a section just to put my contracts with my subcontractors on there and their contact information without the need to add their email. Some projects or job specific and it’s nice to be able to quickly. Just click a button to get information.
