Overall, my experience has been great with Omnisend and I would highly recommend them to other business owners.

Pros

The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. Being able to schedule email campaigns and automations with various rules has been such a beneficial aspect of Omnisend for running my small business. The amount of features included with their plans also eliminates the need for other apps, such as sign up forms or reviews. They really do provide an all encompassing service to their customers.

Cons

There have been glitches with scheduled SMS campaigns not sending, but this has been a rare occurrence.

### "Powerful Ecommerce Email Marketing Without the Klaviyo Price Tag"

Our overall experience with Omnisend has been consistently positive. It’s a tool that’s easy to pick up when we need to build a campaign, adjust a segment, or check on an automation, and nothing feels convoluted. The platform has remained stable and predictable, and the updates they’ve released over time have directly made the product easier and more effective to use. It’s become a straightforward part of our workflow without adding unnecessary complexity.

Pros

Omnisend delivers a lot of capability for the price, especially since billing is based on active subscribers only. The email builder is excellent—great templates, plenty of design flexibility, and strong tools for keeping everything on‑brand, including branded link tracking, which is better for both branding and deliverability. We also find its segmentation useful beyond email; syncing those segments into Google and Meta ad audiences helps keep our targeting current without manual exporting or relying on extra tools. Integration with BigCommerce is clean, and the back‑in‑stock automation works reliably at the variant level with clear visibility into requests and recovered sales. Documentation is thorough, support has always been good, and the new AI‑powered help widget is surprisingly effective at answering nuanced questions quickly.

Cons

Omnisend offered stronger BigCommerce alignment, more predictable pricing based on active subscribers, and a roadmap that felt directly in line with our platform, making it the clear choice for us.

### "Too buggy, but keeps costs down "

Overall, I regret choosing Omnisend instead of Klaviyo. It was close, Klaviyo was a bit more expensive but I liked the support option of Omnisend. In the end, I regretted it and after a year we are switching

Pros

I liked chat was quickly available. It has a lot of features, except reporting they make you pay for proper reporting

Cons

Very buggy -> Doesn't use best practices. For example a long time, when we made a copy of live to staging site (which we have to do regularly for WooCommerce) they would override our URL in our email to our staging site and start sending that out. They claimed to fix it, made me jump through all these hoops to reconnect, and it still broke. So they don't even know how their product works. You need the 24/7 chat support because there are bugs after bugs. And they demand you keep everything in one long thread so it is very hard to find issues if you need to refer back to them.

Cons

Seemed more features and integrations were available with klaviyo. Not sure why but that’s the only reason I switched.

Pros

Ease of use and how easy it is to create beautiful looking mailers. I like how you're building the web and mobile version together, so there's no margin in error. I also love how easy it is to boost emails.

I feel the templates could be better overall as well as the analytics and reporting depth which could be more advanced.

For the price, you can't go wrong. At first I was skeptical that we wouldn't make much money off of this, but I'm shocked how much our ROI is on omnisend, such a small price to pay for an amazing return. Keep it up.

Super easy to use and set up with lots of options for segmentation/automation at a reasonable price point. The support is excellent too.

Cons

While the pre-designed email templates could be much better, it's very easy to create your own customised templates, which I found much more effective for our brand.

Pros

Omnisend is incredibly easy to use, the email builder allows you to create a very intuitive and visually appealing email with ease.

Cons

The cost for the service can become quite high once your subscriber list gets over the 50k mark, so it may be less appealing to larger businesses.

Really good, and the help people on chat are super lovely and keen to find a resolution.

Pros

That I can replicate the look and feel of my website, with fonts, layout and colours. The audience management is also great.

Cons

Sometimes the design elements can be a little restrictive. I would also like to be able to 'grab' and move elements like text boxes and images, rather than have to drag in a new layout and the text or image boxes and copy and paste the content which can affect the formatting

Limited product layout templates. Would like to see more product layout formats rather than just the three available by default.

Overall I am very happy and use it regularly. It has replaced our other tools as the go to for email campaigns, sign-up form builder, welcome automations and cart abandonment automations.

Pros

The email builder is easy to use and the automations are straight-forward and easy to setup.

Cons

I would like to be able to see orders from all campaigns and automations in one place. I find it is a bit of work to jump between all the active automations and recent campaigns to see which one drove sales. Cost of SMS is higher than other providers, which has prevented us from using the SMS more.

Great experience over the past 5 years working with Omnisend. Would highly recommend it for small and medium-sized businesses.

Pros

I love to use Omnisend for small to medium-sized businesses! As an agency we have used a number of email marketing platforms and the support and customization that we receive from Omnisend is top-notch given the affordable pricepoint.

Cons

There can be some bugs when building emails (nothing that would prevent use) but their team works hard to rectify them if you log them to support.

Easy to build segments, create campaigns and building flows

Pros

Cheaper alternative to Klaviyo with the same or similar functionalities. Support is great, better than Klaviyo. Is like talking to someone who really has worked with the software and not reading an script.

Cons

The overall distribution of the website. You cannot preview older campaigns, without exiting omnisend. Also, when you click the audience Tab the first option to appear should be the Segments tab, not de contact list.

### "Great All-in-One Marketing Tool for Businesses"

Omnisend has made it much easier for me to stay in touch with customers and keep my marketing consistent. It saves a lot of time compared to sending emails manually, and I can see real improvements in repeat sales and engagement.

Pros

What I like most is how easy it is to set up and use. The email builder is clean and visual, and I can create automated workflows (like welcome or cart recovery emails) without needing much tech knowledge. It connects perfectly with my store and pulls in customer data automatically, which saves a lot of time. I also love how easy it is to segment audiences and send messages that actually fit their shopping behavior. Support has been great too — quick replies and clear answers whenever I needed help.

Cons

The reports and analytics could be a bit more detailed. I sometimes wish I could compare more data from different campaigns in one place. Also, SMS costs can add up if you send a lot of messages, so I have to plan those carefully. And while the design options are good, they could offer a few more layout choices for emails.

My overall experience has been very smooth and productivr. The platform saves me time and energy, it helps decision-making and give me solid results

Pros

It's very intuitive and easy to use - the whole package is there (analytics, automations, campaigns...)

Cons

Template customization could be better, but that's minor issue - overall I'm very happy with the prodict.

### "Extremely effective! No problems"

Very easy to integrate apps, manage flows and switch accounts to work on different stores. Love it!

Pros

I liked how easy it is to use and manage, the best part is how easy the abandoned flows are to create. No coding experience is needed and there are never any issues. Segments, pop ups and campaigns are extremely easy to set up and there is no guesswork when it comes to creating a strategy with the additional help blogs Omnisend provides. Their support team is unmatched a 10 out of 5 stars from me!

Cons

The analytics could be improved so I can see more than just the last mon of results, additionally, a text-based email would be great to add to some of my flows as a more personal touch.

Overall, it's a great tool with very clean and intuitive UI. Campaign creation, automation creation and data dashboards are pretty neat and easy to use

Pros

It is very user-friendly and has intuitive and easy-to-use interface. Campaigns and automations are easy to create and launch without much clutter

Cons

It's integration part. It cannot integrate with most of the data analysis tools like TripleWhale or Glew for data analytics purposes which is very crucial

Great easy to use and not complicated like klaviyo and you always get back to me and help in any way you can.

Pros

the ease of use and customer service, I found the flows easy to set up and edit and they bring me in sales on a monthly basis.

Cons

cost wish it was a bit cheaper for a small business

I really love the plateform, totaly recommand it. It's great and I really like using it.

Pros

I like the easy aspect of the interface and the fact that they are a lot of option to make your newletter funnier, cutter, animated, it's nice to be able to send beatifull thing. The follow up of the team is really great as well !

Cons

I would like to have the possibility to add videos into the newletter. You can't have an background image under de text that is the same everywherec cause it's devided in section
