(When it works) Diagnostic features on our trucks. We can know what's wrong even if a driver doesn't tell us Pros The layout of the page and diagnostic function. Ease of installation. Customer service is good along with check in calls Cons The units fail causing failure to track. We have antennae issues and gps units that will fail. When the units fails we have nothing.
