### "They dont manage SII for companies in Canary Island (Spain)"

They do not offer the SII in the Canary Islands, being a Spanish company, and the SII being a legal imperative. Besides, I've been asking for it for several months and nothing. Maddening. Not suitable for growing companies (More than €6M in turnover) since the SII cannot be managed with the Canarian tax agency. They refer you to some partners but it is not the solution either since exports from holded invoice lists are very limited technologically. If I had known about this limitation in Holded, we would have opted for another more serious company, the truth.

Pros

Its cloud so its eassy to manage and you dont have to install anything

Cons

They dont manage the SII in Canary Island, Spain which is a mandatory procedure with the fiscal system in spain for companies with higher turonver of 6M€ Even if Holded is a spanish company they are not committed to manage all legal needs of spanish fiscal and accouting law.

### "Good basic ERP solution with nice features but Accountancy element currently not UK friendly MTD"

The customer support is very good, the software has a lot of modules on offer although a lot of them are still basic in form and really need to have advancements. The software itself we know if designed and developed for the Spanish market and is now expanding through Europe, although there is still a number of items that are considered essential for UK businesses Holded does not have this capability currently (MTD - Making Tax Digital is currently not supported)

Pros

Holded is a nice easy to use software, there are some elements when we first started using the software that had still presented in spanish (I think most of these are gone now!) The quick response customer support is very good and the chat function is essential, we used to have a UK based person which was great to pick up the phone and call but they are no longer with the company.

Cons

The Tax elements are extremely basic and rigid for our accountants to access, there is no bank reconciliation with HSBC UK business accounts (for some reason only HSBC UK personal), so we have to manually upload this which is not easy as we have to upload in a specific method. The inventory feature is good although it does have pitfalls that we end up deleting and product and starting again because the stock levels become incorrect when using LOT's, this screws up the stock history function which is what we think is a nice feature.

Pros

I have been using holded for a while and it is a super complete tool. From invoicing in the company to personnel management, clocking in when you arrive at work and their mobile application is really good.

Cons

Like other tools of this type, it requires adaptation time for the entire work team, but the overall experience is good.

Invoice and accounting management in the company is of great help. We also have control of working hours

Cons

Its major disadvantage is the external data processing with its API. The working hours cannot be assigned by projects either.

How easy to start with, everything is super simple, and understandable to work with the programe. Is perfect

The cashflow analysis is no so good, but the good point is that we use Orama and the integration is perfect between both of them

Empezamos en el año 2021 y ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que hemos tomado, ya tenemos el histórico a mano de todos nuestros clientes, presupuestos, facturas, registros contables, todo en un mismo sistema. Recientemente hemos integrado las ventas de nuestra página Web y se integra todo de forma perfecta, además de toda la gestión bancaria que también la podemos realizar a través de la plataforma. Estamos muy contentos con Holded

Pros

La posibilidad de llevar toda la gestión comercial y contable en un mismo sistema, accesible desde cualquier sitio, estando de viaje, vacaciones, etc, y sobre todo la facilidad de uso, ya que es un sistema muy intuitivo. También es muy bueno su servicio de atención y soporte vía chat.

Cons

Me gustan muchas cosas de Holded, no hay nada que no me guste especialmente, aunque si mejoraría las opciones de customizar las plantillas, tienen muchas posibilidades pero agregaría otras.

Es muy intuitivo, informativo y sobretodo lo más importante es lo bien actualizado que está en base a la fiscalidad española. Me encanta que se encuentre en constante evolución.

Que es muy sencillo de manejar incluso para mi que no tenia ni idea de como funcionaba la fiscalidad de una empresa. Gracias a empezar a usarlo he podido ir aprendiendo poco a poco como sacar mas partido de todas sus funcionalidades.

Igual que me gustaria que hubiera una opcion mas barata para aquellos que tenemos la cuenta de empresa en holded y tambien la de autonomos. Siento que estoy pagando por dos.

Mi experiencia general es buena. El programa abarca todos las áreas que una empresa necesita.

Es muy intuitivo, permite adjuntar documentos con lo cual no es necesario tener la documentación en papel, se pueden generar compras y ventas recurrentes con lo cual ayuda a tener una previsión de gastos e ingresos futuros , etc.

Cons

Pedidos. ejemplo : si se recibe una fra. de compra que corresponde a varios pedidos de compra y facturan solo parte de 1 pedido, entonces en el pedido parcialmente facturado aparece como totalmente facturado ya que al ser el importe de la fra. de valor igual o superior al pedido parcialmente facturado lo considera totalmente facturado.

Yo uso la versión de autónomos y me parece perfecta. Además, se lo he implantado a varios clientes autónomos también.

Pros

Es muy intuitivo, fácil de usar, y muy completo para la gestión de negocios sencillos.

Cons

Que van actualizando los tipos de licencias y a los que llevamos tiempo con el programa nos van reduciendo las opciones disponibles (aunque nos dan un período de gracia).

Muy positiva, es el primer software contable que uso, para mi actividad con mi cliente le doy soporte con su software contable, y he podido experimentar las diferencias entre ambos.

Pros

Es muy intuitiva, las funcionales de integración son muy útiles

Cons

Me faltaría una funcionalidad más avanzada para la gestión de nóminas, no solamente contable, sino de cálculo según los nuevos convenios, leyes, actualizaciones de tablas de IRPF y Seguridad Social, etc.

Soy una SL y llevo desde el viernes con la facturación bloqueada por un error técnico de la plataforma en el envío de datos a la AEAT (Error 4124 de Verifactu). El software realiza un mapeo incorrecto del XML, enviando datos en el bloque de 'Representante' en lugar de 'Destinatario', lo que provoca el rechazo sistemático de facturas y tickets (llevo 6 intentos fallidos por valor de 12.000€). Lo más grave no es el fallo del software, sino la nula atención al cliente. Pago 35€ mensuales por un servicio que no cumple la normativa legal y pretenden cobrar 50€ adicionales solo por poder hablar con un humano por teléfono. He enviado vídeos y correos de queja formal y el soporte es inexistente. Un software de facturación que te deja tirada ante Hacienda y no responde ante errores de su propio código no es una herramienta profesional, es un riesgo para cualquier empresa.

Pros

Nada. Es una plataforma que tiene problemas continuamente. Además no se puede hablar con ellos. Tuve que cambiar de plan para poner distintos usuarios, tuve que comprar escaneos... las importaciones tienen que ser con los cuadros como ellos quieren. A pesar de tener todo configurado, las exportaciones salen mal

Muy mal trato, no hay asistencia. Cobran por todo. No funciona nada bien. Yo me estoy encontrando problemas continuamenete, y sin asistencia

Buenos días, tenemos contratado el servicio premium. Llevamos toda la semana intentando contactar con el telefono de atencion al cliente y no hay forma de que nos atiendan. El programa nos da errores, en el chat bot no nos solucionan las preguntas. Nadie contesta al telefono. Es terrible la atención al cliente. Servicio malisimo.

Pros

Fácil e intuitivo. Sirve para operaciones sencillas de empresas muy pequeñas.

Cons

El programa da errores en algunas operaciones. No tienen personal profesional para resolverla. Nunca cogen el telefono, aunque tengas premium. Experiencia de usuario terrible

When I first created my company I wanted to have a tool that could easily manage my administrative and accounting tasks. I tried some but did not satisfy me at all. Thanks to a friend's recomendation I first tried Holded. I have been using it for a year so far and I am honestly very impressed. It is saving me a lot of time and money. Everything is very intuitive, organized, well design and the accounting is made automatically! It is not just to create invoices or bills but It allows you to see you company situations and to identify your most profitable revenue and costs streams. I strongly recomend it :)
