It's easy to give access to your accountant and I haven't used the accounting feature, but I am sure that is useful too. Pros I love that Holded offers the capacity to customise invoices, add units or notes to invoices so all is clear to contacts. It is easy to add contacts and all fields are clear. It is easy to reconcile payments, send reminders, email invoices and duplicate invoices if billing the same contacts monthly. Cons Nothing. It's more expensive than other software but I believe it is worth it. CEO Hospitality Used the software for: 2+ years ### "They dont manage SII for companies in Canary Island (Spain)" May 24, 2022 1.0 They do not offer the SII in the Canary Islands, being a Spanish company, and the SII being a legal imperative. Besides, I've been asking for it for several months and nothing. Maddening. Not suitable for growing companies (More than €6M in turnover) since the SII cannot be managed with the Canarian tax agency. They refer you to some partners but it is not the solution either since exports from holded invoice lists are very limited technologically. If I had known about this limitation in Holded, we would have opted for another more serious company, the truth. Pros Its cloud so its eassy to manage and you dont have to install anything Cons They dont manage the SII in Canary Island, Spain which is a mandatory procedure with the fiscal system in spain for companies with higher turonver of 6M€ Even if Holded is a spanish company they are not committed to manage all legal needs of spanish fiscal and accouting law. Director Medical Devices Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Good basic ERP solution with nice features but Accountancy element currently not UK friendly MTD" December 1, 2020 4.0 The customer support is very good, the software has a lot of modules on offer although a lot of them are still basic in form and really need to have advancements. The software itself we know if designed and developed for the Spanish market and is now expanding through Europe, although there is still a number of items that are considered essential for UK businesses Holded does not have this capability currently (MTD - Making Tax Digital is currently not supported) Pros Holded is a nice easy to use software, there are some elements when we first started using the software that had still presented in spanish (I think most of these are gone now!) The quick response customer support is very good and the chat function is essential, we used to have a UK based person which was great to pick up the phone and call but they are no longer with the company. Cons The Tax elements are extremely basic and rigid for our accountants to access, there is no bank reconciliation with HSBC UK business accounts (for some reason only HSBC UK personal), so we have to manually upload this which is not easy as we have to upload in a specific method. The inventory feature is good although it does have pitfalls that we end up deleting and product and starting again because the stock levels become incorrect when using LOT's, this screws up the stock history function which is what we think is a nice feature. From invoicing in the company to personnel management, clocking in when you arrive at work and their mobile application is really good. Hace que la contabilidad sea más sencilla, y se evitan muchos errores. Se puede llevar de una forma mucho más exhaustiva el control de la empresa. Cons En la parte de impuestos, se debería añadir los impuestos Canarios, ya que trabajamos con AIEs establecidas en Canarias, y no puedo generar borradores correctos. El programa abarca todos las áreas que una empresa necesita. Pros Es muy intuitivo, permite adjuntar documentos con lo cual no es necesario tener la documentación en papel, se pueden generar compras y ventas recurrentes con lo cual ayuda a tener una previsión de gastos e ingresos futuros , etc. Cons Pedidos. ejemplo : si se recibe una fra. de compra que corresponde a varios pedidos de compra y facturan solo parte de 1 pedido, entonces en el pedido parcialmente facturado aparece como totalmente facturado ya que al ser el importe de la fra. de valor igual o superior al pedido parcialmente facturado lo considera totalmente facturado. El soporte incluído en el paquete de forma gratuita es sólo por chat y creo que es tan malo para obligar a contrata el soporte premium que cuesta más que el program mismo Cons El soporte es pésimo. Es un soporte chat. Dicen que contestan en un máximo de 4 horas y siempre contestan en unas 30 horas de tiempo, es decir el día después y pasadas las 24 horas. Además, si en el soporte haces 2 preguntas, te contestan a la primera y cierran el chat. Tienes que volver a contactar y esperar a otras 30 horas para la segunda pregunta. Te ofrecen soporte premium telefónico de 50 €/mes, que es más caro que el propio programa y creo que el soporte gratuito via chat es tan sumamente pésimo para forzar a que se paguen 50€ adicionales al mes para tener el otro soporte.
