Me gusta el programa en general, pero al no tener el plan Rebu disponible, tendré que buscar otro programa que me lo permita.

Pros

Me gusta porque es fácil e intuitivo, te permite llevar un seguimiento rápido de facturación y movimientos

Cons

La atención al cliente, no puedes hablar por teléfono con un agente, si no con la IA a través de chat o con el agente a través de chat. No tiene la posibilidad del plan REBU, eso es una desventaja muy grande.

Soy una SL y llevo desde el viernes con la facturación bloqueada por un error técnico de la plataforma en el envío de datos a la AEAT (Error 4124 de Verifactu). El software realiza un mapeo incorrecto del XML, enviando datos en el bloque de 'Representante' en lugar de 'Destinatario', lo que provoca el rechazo sistemático de facturas y tickets (llevo 6 intentos fallidos por valor de 12.000€). Lo más grave no es el fallo del software, sino la nula atención al cliente. Pago 35€ mensuales por un servicio que no cumple la normativa legal y pretenden cobrar 50€ adicionales solo por poder hablar con un humano por teléfono. He enviado vídeos y correos de queja formal y el soporte es inexistente. Un software de facturación que te deja tirada ante Hacienda y no responde ante errores de su propio código no es una herramienta profesional, es un riesgo para cualquier empresa.

Nada. Es una plataforma que tiene problemas continuamente. Además no se puede hablar con ellos. Tuve que cambiar de plan para poner distintos usuarios, tuve que comprar escaneos... las importaciones tienen que ser con los cuadros como ellos quieren. A pesar de tener todo configurado, las exportaciones salen mal

My overall experience with Holded has been largely positive, primarily because it actually makes accounting look and feel "modern." We moved from a mix of Excel spreadsheets and a legacy desktop program, and the difference in usability was night and day. The dashboard gives me a clear snapshot of cash flow immediately. While the software works 95% of the time, that 5% where you encounter a bug or a bank sync issue can be frustrating because the support team is not always quick to resolve complex queries. If you are self-sufficient and tech-savvy, it’s a fantastic tool. If you need hand-holding, you might find it challenging.

Pros

UI - it is the best-looking ERP on the market. It feels like using a modern Apple app rather than clunky accounting software. Smart Scan- The ability to scan receipts and have the system automatically extract the data and match it to transactions saves us hours of manual data entry every month. All-in-One Integration - I loved having our CRM, Invoicing, and Projects in the same tab as our Accounting. It stopped us from paying for three different SaaS subscriptions.

Cons

Customer Support. Their biggest weakness. Support is mostly chat-based, and it can take a while to get past the "standard bot answers" to reach a human who understands a complex accounting issue.

Pros

El programa es bastante bueno en funcionamiento pero el soporte es TERRORÍFICO. El soporte incluído en el paquete de forma gratuita es sólo por chat y creo que es tan malo para obligar a contrata el soporte premium que cuesta más que el program mismo

Cons

El soporte es pésimo. Es un soporte chat. Dicen que contestan en un máximo de 4 horas y siempre contestan en unas 30 horas de tiempo, es decir el día después y pasadas las 24 horas. Además, si en el soporte haces 2 preguntas, te contestan a la primera y cierran el chat. Tienes que volver a contactar y esperar a otras 30 horas para la segunda pregunta. Te ofrecen soporte premium telefónico de 50 €/mes, que es más caro que el propio programa y creo que el soporte gratuito via chat es tan sumamente pésimo para forzar a que se paguen 50€ adicionales al mes para tener el otro soporte.

Es muy satisfactoria a nivel económico y especialmente por cómo contribuye a la gestión contable y control de gastos.

Pros

Puede ser una solución muy práctica y económica en comparación a un ERP o MRP típico que para una PYME es suficiente.

Cons

Tal vez, aunque sólo por ponerle un pero, le falte algo de intuitivo al uso, pero se compensa con la facilidad de implantación.

No está pensado para pequeños autónomos. En general, como todo lo relacionado con la contabilidad y hacienda en este país, un pequeño autónomo se ve desbordado por un lenguaje no accesible y críptico que obliga a contar con asesores profesionales, un peaje impensable en un país avanzado para un autónomo mileurista. Como se comenta fuera de España, los gobiernos españoles desalientan la actividad económica. Burocracia inútil, ya que no evita el fraude fiscal. Holded no tiene más remedio (¿o tal vez no?) que adaptarse a esa dinámica y a ese lenguaje, por lo que me resultó irritante simplemente acercarme a su uso. Me recordó unos "asesores" para autónomos que hacían mofa de que no entendiéramos el lenguaje contable "imprescindible" para ser empresario. Lenguaje inútil e inaccesible para pequeñas economías.

Pros

Nada, en mi caso. Un programa excesivo para pequeños autónomos, y por tanto muy complejo de usar. No llegamos a profundizar por lo que se describe a continuación

No permite algo tan sencillo como que un autónomo tenga varias actividades económicas. Lo tuvimos que desechar antes de realmente llegar a probarlo

Having all the information in a single system and allowing everyone to work on the same information reduces the risk of errors in accounting and invoicing.

Pros

It reduced a lengthy process to half the time required for invoicing. The entire manual process is now fully verified in the system, providing a secure database with real-time reports for perfect accounting. The entire team can work on the same information, which helps prevent inaccurate or inconsistent data.

Cons

During my time using the system, nothing has failed me. I've always found it to be a very comprehensive and optimal software to work with.
