Pros Incredibly easy to use. So many template options - everything from web-based graphics, to social, to large-scale print - I don't know what we did before Visme, honestly. I am able to create content on a regular basis and have the content added to my Social Media sites to help strengthen my brand. Pros Visme is easy to use, and it is constantly introducing new features that help enhance the projects that you are creating. Visme also has several templates to choose from to help get you started with your project. Finally, there is a large library of media content that can easily be added to your project. Cons Often I create the content using my original ideas and materials, but because music audio is used from the Visme library, the overall project is subject to Visme's use policy. The free option has limited capabilities, but is still useful for designs. The ability to download high quality graphics is a plus. They translate well to printed material. Pros Visme has exceptional infographic capabilities and templates. They are easy to use and have drag and drop templates that even students can learn quickly. Cons The templates are somewhat limited, but overall it is still a great option for creating graphics, especially infographics. What isn’t, isn’t…" July 9, 2024 4.0 I have used Visme for some time now and while graphics and some aspects have gotten better, support and ease of use is decreasing. But hopefully with honest feedback, these are things that can easily and quickly change. Pros I love how easy it is to download and integrate content into our website. I love the look of it and how fun it is! Cons It is very difficult to manage some aspects of the system, specifically resizing if the background (project size.) There was a resize button that allowed me to resize the project; however, it has been replaced with an AI option that does NOT work properly. When using AI to resize, it creates an entirely new project and doesn’t copy assets over the same. Resizing is a nightmare and I desperately want the resize button back. I’m also have reached out twice about this issue for help and have received no response whatsoever. The lack of functionality, the unsatisfactory support, and the strict enforcement of a no-refund policy left a sour taste in my mouth. I urge potential buyers to approach with caution, as the system's capabilities may not live up to the enticing promises made by Visme's marketing materials. Pros I recently had the opportunity to try out Visme, a software that promised to simplify my marketing efforts with its turnkey approach and compelling features in the Pro package. Initially, I was enticed by the great marketing and the impressive array of tools, such as the 'Brand Kit,' video and GIF creation, and a wide selection of templates for infographics, brochures, presentations, and more.The software did an excellent job of showcasing branded templates being effortlessly created, and the variety of templates available seemed endless. This gave me high hopes for the Pro package, as it appeared to be well worth the investment. Cons my enthusiasm quickly turned into great disappointment after I purchased the non-refundable Pro package. To my surprise, it was essentially identical to the free version, with the all-important 'Brand Kit' section non-functional. Despite being advertised as a feature of the Pro package, it simply did not work as expected.In an attempt to resolve the issue, I reached out to the support team. Their initial suggestion was to log out, clear my cache, and try using multiple browsers, including Chrome. Oddly enough, Chrome was already my preferred browser, so this advice seemed redundant.When the issue persisted, I informed support that the branded templates were not being generated, even though they had already been created during the conversion to the Pro account. Their response was unexpected: I was informed that the templates could only be generated by running an automatic branding tool based on a website URL. We followed this process, but Visme only correctly identified our logo while getting the brand colors and fonts completely wrong. Despite this incorrect information, the branded templates still failed to populate.Frustratingly, after spending two hours troubleshooting in Visme, it became apparent that the Pro account, for which we had prepaid for a year, simply did not work. Upon requesting a refund, we were met with a disappointing response: there were no refunds, regardless of the software's functionality or lack thereof. There are some tools that my team hasn't even explored, and we are excited to try! It is an easy tool to learn that sometimes throws your curveballs when there are glitches, but overall, it has been well-worth the purchase! Pros My team and I have been using Visme to make content for our company's intranet. The graphic and photo library has been super helpful to use, as well as the editing tools. It is much easier to resize images than how we used to edit photos in photoshop, and the animations that come with some of the graphics make out content more dynamic. It is powerful tool that is fairly easy to use! I was initially the only person using Visme, but once I showed my team its capabilities, everyone wanted a subscription. Cons There are glitches that happen when using the product sometimes. Ex: cutting and pasting with sometimes double paste what you want as well as the previous text you had pasted. And sometimes when you are working, the site can crash, and you have to refresh the page. These are inconveniences that do not prohibit work but can being aggravating at times. Don't waste your time with this app. Pros I liked that there was a format to make more interactive presentations, the main reason for my initial purchase. Cons I did not like their image options, their templates were rather sterile and corporate and their audio recording options were limited. BUT most importantly their online app was unreliable and would crash regularly. Canceling their plan was also complicated and confusing. I was billed when I thought I had canceled and their customer service was Shi\*. There is no phone number and they would not refund me even though I was not using their program any more. Visme might benefit by reaching out to customers who have signed up with their program - but I Don't know how big the operation is. Overall satisfied. Pros Software does have a nice ability to import your own images, create brand specific marketing tools to show to our patients, has a lot of nice features like templats, fonts, music, moving images etc. Overall I really do enjoy the product. Cons Working with developing websites and marketing tools for different companies, and now a dental office, I do feel like VISME could do more to make it more user friendly. I am someone who is not easily frustrated with programs to create visual marketing tools, and it took me about an entire day just to create one slide. I hope that they take in to account some programs like WIX and Squarespace and look at the ease in which you are able to design.
