Better tracking of sales person activity

Pros

The ability to track sales staff activities, and for them to upload customer documents & photos to share with other staff.

Cons

Lack of "notifications" when documents etc are added to a particular customer. It would be nice if you could set up an email notification when a sales person or support staff add documents to a particular client.

Pros

Truly built for ease of use, mobility and the new hybrid sales reality. Support is incredible.

Cons

Nothing really. Some higher end features do require customization from the ForceManager, but only if you are adamant about things following a very specific model.

Ease of use. Ease of custom software to our needs with the help of support team. Mobile App is awesome.

Cons

It would be great if incoming calls and outgoing calls are automatically registered even when running the app in the background only. Happened a couple of times where I wasn't able to check-in when out on the road as it didn't pick up my location.

Works offline, Syncs simply across platforms and devices. Very few issues. Ties all users data together.

Cons

Slightly different views and actions available on Ipad/Iphone/Web versions, which is slightly confusing. Also be great to have prompts to remind that you haven't contacted someone in a set time frame.

I've been using ForceManager for more than 5 months and It actually improved the way I work. As a self eployed I used other CRM tools but this one fits in my daily workflow, helping me have access to all my clients and see when was the last time I visit them and what I talked about with them. Just really helpfull to keep me even more motivated when I built relationships with them.

Pros

Hassle free when start using it in your daily habits

Cons

None so far, maybe that the Android version looks a bit different than the one on my iPad but I mostly use my iPad.

hay veces que la sincronización de llamadas no funciona de manera totalmente efectiva, hace falta meterse en la app y actualizar

Maneja sin mayor problema la BBD de nuestros 12.200 clientes a través de nuestros 42 comerciales

Pros

Me parece el más intuitivo y con mejor usabilidad de todos lo que probé antes de decidirme por FM.

Cons

La verdad es que no tiene muchos defectos, únicamente que para ir fluido en la versión móvil necesita de al menos 6gb de RAM, ideal 8 Gb para sacar el máximo partido en cuanto a fluidez.

Facilidad de uso, escalabilidad y sobre todo era el más intuitivo ayudando al equipo comercial a crecer. Ahora es el propio equipo comercial el que lo necesita para hacer más rentables y valiosas sus visitas al utilizarlo como herramienta de seguimiento de las visitas con el cliente. Además lo mejor la consulta de las anteriores visitas antes de hacer una nueva.

Me ha permitido automatizar tareas repetitivas, mejorar la colaboración entre equipos y tomar decisiones basadas en datos en tiempo real. La integración con otras herramientas de Sage también ha sido fluida, lo que ha optimizado nuestros procesos internos. Aunque al principio requirió algo de formación, el soporte técnico fue eficiente. En general, ha contribuido significativamente a mejorar nuestra productividad y eficiencia en el área comercial.

Funcionalidad y eficacia, todo al alcance de cualquiera, software totalmente recomendable, es un crm sin fallos

Complejo de primeras pero luego muy fácil de entender, no obstante es sencillo y cualquiera podria manejarlo

Mi experiencia general ha sido positiva. Es una herramienta estable y útil para el control de la actividad comercial. Aunque tiene margen de mejora en usabilidad y automatización, cumple muy bien su función para pequeñas y medianas empresas que buscan profesionalizar su ciclo de ventas.

Pros

Lo que más me ha gustado es su interfaz intuitiva y la facilidad para gestionar oportunidades y clientes. Permite un seguimiento claro del embudo de ventas y mejora la productividad del equipo comercial con informes detallados y actualizaciones en tiempo real.

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que puede resultar algo limitado en personalización avanzada sin apoyo técnico. Algunos procesos requieren muchos clics y, si no se integra con otras soluciones de Sage, la gestión documental puede ser engorrosa.

Pros

It has a great variety of details in favor, how its good interaction in the interface, and the high range of tools that this software has, make that the idea is a great sample of what this App will be, also without counting the good technical support.

Cons

It has some aspects that disgust how the fact that its design is very simple, bland and rustic, another thing is that in its range of tools there are some options that are somewhat unnecessary and a little useless within that range.
