This makes it easier for everyone to be able to use. Cons There are occasions where bugs do pop up, and they can be hard to mitigate thus making it difficult to continue the task at hand. Pros It provides notification for employees and it has scheduling that's easy to access Cons I didn't like the fact that I couldn't do anything else on other than scheduling - I already have QB for accounting. Pros I liked its ease of use once logged in. It stayed logged in on my phone so I didn’t have to log in every time I opened it up to clock in/out. Cons I didn’t like that I had to ask my boss to change my time card if I forgot to check in/out at any point. It made for a hassle for those few times it did occur. December 21, 2024 4.0 Overall would absolutely recommend, even if you just utilize the scheduling aspect. As an established business I had pretty much everything except the scheduling portion covered. (I was using paper schedules - oh the headaches!) Pros Ease of use for both me, scheduling and staff utilizing. Even the ones that are not "tech savvy". The lack of headaches with staff wanting to switch shifts is taken out of my responsibility pile and placed firmly in the app. My absolute favorite new tool of the year!
