Lots of errors were never explained and were faulted on intermittent system glitches. Information would not always flow back and forth from QuickBooks. Pros Drop and drag function to upload paperwork. Easy to see revenue and cost margins on each order and status of the orders as each status has a different color. Filters were easy to use for reporting. Cons Customer service was slow at responding to issues and needed customizations. Divisions did not default so reclasses were needed to be done at month end. Had to manually export everything to another accounting system for most reporting. Pros I like the RoseRocket Team - they seem to be very helpful, and wanting their product to succeed. Rose Rocket has helped us get our business off the ground, and was competitive in pricing. Cons Ease of use could be improved - as the current model for Roserocket is a "one size fits all".
