Pros

BirdEye has been a useful tool to reach out to our friends, family, and patients via the internet. This has enabled us to get feedback on how we are doing. Good reviews, bad reviews, it's all been helpful. I am constantly amazed at who leaves reviews. Great software. BirdEye mentioned that the industrial average for dentistry is 4.7! It's nice to know that in general​ our profession is appreciated​. :)

Cons

Yelp does reach out to our office on occasion​ asking us to advertise with them. I would be more inclined if Yelp would play nicer with BirdEye.

Excellent service with Birdeye and always learning something new that benefits our 2 dental clinics

Pros

It allows us to connect with our patients , receive google reviews to further build our practice

Cons

Having difficulty getting our recently added second location integrated as we are awaiting the needed code from google - birdeye support is very helpful with all zoom calls and very patient with me as I always tell them I am not tech savy :)

Pros

I like how quickly you can increase reviews for a client. I think integrating with a practice's pms is vital and makes things easier. I also enjoy being able to manually mark a patient from getting a review request

Cons

I don't like how the review request automatically directs them to leave a review. I wish it started with a screen asking if they had a good or bad experience. If it was good it can then direct them to leave a review but if it is bad then it would prompt a screen to send a message to the office on what caused the bad experience.

Again, super impressed with everyone and everything.

Pros

As an agency who is always looking for the best services for my clients success, I came across Birdey and was impressed from the first call. The operated immediately recognized my need, my problem, and addressed them both. In fact, she went over and beyond by getting the representive on the line who consults with my business type. Super impressed with the spead and service!

Cons

If there were any complaint it woudl be the cost. As an agency margins are important.

Again not playing phone tag, calling a customer just to have to leave a message and the customer call back when I am unavailable. Easy to communicate information thru Birdeye

Pros

I like the ability to speak back and forth with customers without having to call on the phone and play phone tag.

Cons

I don't really have a con or anything I don't like about the product.

They have the best customer service ever! They call immediately and get things fixed quickly!

As a reseller of the product, not only is there money to be made, it really works. I look like a superstar to my clients growing their businesses substantially....

Pros

The ease of use and the technical support are my favorite aspects of the software. Simple to set up and whenever in need, the technical support department is wonderful!!!!! I deal with a number of third party companies - tech support here is above and beyond. Best of all, the software really makes a difference for my clients as everyone thrives and flourishes on good reviews if so deserving!

Cons

In some ways it is a bit basic. Would like more control over the look and feel of the product - sometimes being told a change cannot be made. Also, would prefer more control on my end - rather than having to rely on tech support - although again they are a pleasure to work with.

Pros

Reliable and functions as it should. competitive with other products. The microsite is a powerful marketing tool for clients.

Cons

Don't really have a problem with the software but sometime the Support team is slow in responding. I'm sure they're all busy but when my client has a problem with the service, then I have a problem and I need you guys to get on it quickly and help me out. Don't need 24 hour response, I need response and help in a matter of minutes for urgent issues. I've already lost 1 client due to slow support response. I was unable to provide a solution on my own. Would be really helpful if you guys would publish and distribute a USER FRIENDLY instruction manual which gives details of how to best use the system with ALL its features and functions.

Overall I am very satisfied with Birdseye. From the user-friendly functionality of the software to the different and broad aspect of functions, I was able to do a lot more than initially expected.

Pros

The live chat/texting capability is great and easy to use especially if you have multiple locations. I used the software to develop and send customer satisfaction surveys. This function is great however when the results come in and the data is compiled there can definitely be improvement in the presentation aspect of it.

Cons

As stated above I was a bit disappointed with it results data from the surveys I sent out to customers. When using a rating scale system they compile the data and creates graphs etc. however they are very hard to read let alone present in a meeting. This function can definitely be improved.

Cons

My only complaint is that it's hard to filter down to find a specific review, but it seems there have been some new features added that have taken care of that issue.

I've had a great experience and again do appreciate the fact that they're swift to help with any problems. Many new features have rolled out lately - all of which we're learning more about so we can use these for clients too.

Pros

Our most favorite part of partnering with and reselling Birdeye is their customer support team. Truly, they're reachable and highly focused on solving any errors or glitches that may arise with anything automated and connected to a myriad of other sites.

Cons

Although not extremely important, the sizing of a client's cover photo (which then displays both on their reviews url along with anytime a review is shared to a FB page) seems to be more work that it should - particularly to make it look great on both mobile and desktop.

### "Birdeye - Good But Overpriced"

Our experience wasn't bad. We got what we paid for. It is just that the software is on the extreme end of being overpriced. (For our purposes.) And it was pretty annoying when they started to call our clients individually, but I suppose that should be expected to a certain extent.

Pros

The software works. They keep it updated. It is easy to use. They pay attention to the industry and make changes when necessary. Whenever we had a customer service issue, the problem was resolved.

Cons

Even with the discount they give agencies, it is still expensive for low volume small businesses. I can see the value for a higher volume business. But most of our clients only had 3-5 reviews to request per month. We were able to find an alternative that works just as well but at a far lower price. (We can offer all of our clients this service for the cost of a single client with BirdEye.) If you are an agency and cancel your agreement, they will go after your customers. It created a headache on our end because all of our clients were calling us wanting to know what the deal was. Just something to be aware of. There were a few features missing that seemed like they would be included. But BirdEye is improving their system frequently. So I imagine that is just where the company is at rather than a reflection of their intention to put out a good product.

our product has been hacked a lot recently with fake reviews, I would like for their to be a way to negate these before it negatively impacts our ratings

Very difficult onboarding process, limited support when issues arise. Directory listing service is not up to par with other providers like text.

It is very easy to integrate practice mgmt systems with the birdeye review solicitation API.

Pros

Management of reviews is critical and birdeye is very user friendly. Chat bot has been critical because it increases patient retention

Cons

Direct feedback feature needs a new set up. It can be confusing to patients.

I love everything about birdeye and the technical issues I have had have been solved by the support team. They are awesome and I can’t say enough about them

Pros

Love birdeye. Some small things I would like to change but overall great company and more importantly great customer service

Cons

Having to chat live w support for healthcare providers to get healthcare listings added. Also not having Apple Maps categories listed in the initial setup.
