The system is reliable and straightforward to use. Pros ClearPath GPS is easy to install and use. All-In-One product! Our Maintenance Supservisor can install them with ease and we can track current and past travels for all our vehicles. We also use ClearPath GPS for our pre & post inspections and also maintenance requests. Cons ClearPath GPS has been very helpful and easy to use. The system works as expected, provides clear information, and has been reliable throughout my experience. I don’t have any negative feedback and feel confident using this service. Their Chat feature is super nice. Pros I really like that the cameras are fixed and can't be manipulated by our drivers. The older cameras our guys could point them to the sky when they didn't want to be seen. These can't be adjusted after you install them. I mean you can but you need tools. Cons The install was a little clunky. The sticky that comes to mount the camera didn't work great in the Las Vegas heat so we used our own. Pros Easy-to-use system with real-time GPS tracking Improves communication between office and field teams Helps with dispatching, scheduling, and accountability Minimal setup and quick learning process The system feels secure and reliable. Only authorized staff can access the dashboard Cons We’ve had a few minor issues, such as occasional GPS delays in weak signal areas and limited customization options in the reports. The mobile app could refresh a bit faster, but overall these are small inconveniences that don’t affect daily operations or the overall value of the system. Pricing is reasonable. For the most part installation of the units into the trucks is straightforward. Cons Sometimes the pings are not exactly accurate regarding location. Our crews do alot of highway travel and work in some remote areas and so the location references are not 100% accurate. We needed something to track maintenance and also getter a better idea of where our fleet is at during the day. Basic use but having done it now, I wish we had done this years ago. Pros It was very easy to setup and install. Just plugged in the units to the trucks and was up and running shortly. I was able to setup maintenance tracking and reports super easily. The proactive alerts on speeding and other events has been super helpful. Cons I'd like more templates or predefined/recommended maintenance intervals so I didn't need to create them from scratch.
