I’ve deployed Openproject on a local NAS to manage my personal projects, and I use the AI Agent to connect to APIs, so the entire workflow is seamless. Most importantly, the current free features are more than sufficient for my needs at this stage.

Pros

For individual developers, Openproject meets all my daily needs. It’s very easy to deploy. Plus, its API capabilities make it simple to use AI tools for task management.

Cons

So far, I haven’t had any complaints about it. If I had to name something I’m not satisfied with, it would be that the interface is relatively simple and the plugin features are somewhat limited; there’s no way to use third-party plugins by importing them.

Our success story with OpenProject has not been a surprise to us because in overall, we have had an amazing experience working with its features. OpenProject offers us a fully feature-loaded platform for managing our projects from idea conceptualization, to plan, to actualizing the idea until the final product is achieved. This way, we never waste time and energy transitioning from one product to the other. A great impact we have experienced with OpenProject has been the ability to get our projects done in time saving us from the extra costs of delayed delivery.

Pros

I like using OpenProject because it is packed to the bream with unmatched project management functions, which means that we can coordinate our projects from the start to the very end within just one platform without having to jump from one product to the other. Another key area that i find useful are the data security features which gives us a secure environment to work on our data without loosing them to security breaches. Planning for our projects with OpenProject has been effortless because of the task scheduling features like Gantt charts. Creating project dashboards is also easy and they allow us to display all key information about our projects to keep everyone up to speed. The team collaboration space has exciting information sharing and communication channels that help our team to stay connected during the entire project period.

Cons

We have had a clean user experience with OpenProject. No complaints has been reported so far and it offers nothing that we hate.

Openproject has given our projects a rebirth. Its features such as task management, Gantt charts, and team collaboration tools can help us streamline our operations and manage projects more effectively. Additionally, OpenProject supports agile project planning, allowing us to efficiently manage and adapt to the dynamic nature of financial projects.

Pros

Openproject user-friendly interface makes it easy to interact with. Openproject dashboards are the most incredible things we have experienced when working on our projects. They make it easy for us to gain visibility of our projects in one place. The robust collaboration tools are the real deal. It integrates seamlessly with LucidChart creating an unrivalled combo for our projects which offers detailed and accurate visual representations of project workflows, processes, and systems. This combination help us better manage and visualize the various stages of automotive development projects. Openproject centralizes project plans,reports and documentation,maintaining a single source of truth for all project-related information. This help explain technical processes and update project statuses making it easy to identify bottlenecks, resource constraints and other issues that may impact project timelines and costs. Additionally, it enhances decision making to optimize all our processes achieve precedented value of our projects

Pros

Openproject support collaborative realtime product development with interactive dashboards that allow to work together on project plans, get an overview of the status at all project stages, create and visualize a product roadmap. This has improved the teams communication and ensure that everyone is on the same page which is crucial for our complex projects . Additionally, Openproject provide us with robust project management features and agile methodologies which help us visualise our projects, track tasks and milestone, stay ahead of our timelines and schedules to their completion. Openproject prioritizes data protection and information security, ensuring that we handle our sensitive project data securely

Cons

The budgeting and resources management feature is cumbersome and lacks resource status notification which makes it hard to know if a specific resource is available.

As a project coordinator where my primary role is to keep everyone in the team aligned to the project goals, I cannot thank OpenProject enough for the perfect job it has been doing. By using OpenProject, it becomes easy for us to formulate clear plans for our projects which ensures everyone stays agile to achieving the end goals within the budgeted time frame. OpenProject collaboration features has opened new doors to the way we approach our projects allowing us to now keep everyone united during the entire project period. To add to its fantastic project planning tools, OpenProject also makes it easy for us to track the progress our projects in real time which help discover which tasks are lagging behind schedule.

Pros

I find OpenProject really easy to work with thanks to the slick user interface and the user-friendly features design. OpenProject task planning functions like the Gantt charts has been making it easy for us to lay clear work plans for our projects. There are also collaboration features that allows us to team up and work together on our projects. Its ease of integration with third party products help us to holistically manage all the project operations operations from planning, resources allocation all the way to completion. OpenProject also has efficient task tracking features that help us monitor our projects work progress in real time.

Cons

I have been fully amused by all OpenProject features. OpenProject has lived true to its value and has never troubled us in any way. I totally lack anything negative to comment about it.

It provides us with a collaborative platform that integrates project management, customer relationships management and resources management functions which streamline workflow and improve communication within the team and with clients. Openproject's customization options are the star of the show. They allow us to tailor it to fit our specific needs, enhancing the effectiveness of OpenProject for our sales and marketing projects

Pros

The good thing about Openproject has been its ability to unite team member to collaborate on marketing asn sales initiatives. It also enable us to create and manage tasks with various priorities and status helping us to track and organize our work effectively. Kanban boards and gannts charts help visualise project workflow, timelines, track dependencies and track milestones, making it easier to schedule and manage ongoing campaigns and projects. Openproject enable us to communicate, share information and collaborate effectively on sales and marketing initiatives. Openproject also generate reports that help us view project metrics such as time tracking and resources allocation, providing us with insights that aid in decision making

Cons

Openproject delivers perfection in every feature and it's interface is without any flaws. We haven't experienced speckles since we implemented it in our organization
