Pros i love the quote and invoice templates and how easy it is to send off to an email of a phone number which makes it easy to kindly remind customer to pay their bill. Cons \- would be nice to be able to combine multiple invoices into one invoice but chance I just don't know how to do it. - weekly schedule would be easier if it was in a tile form similar to apple calander to display the week ahead and jobs in each day. They can see instantly on their phone what the job is and I don't need to send out weekly individual emails with address and jobs. Pros We are very happy we can keep all our clients data, quotes and scheduling on one system where everyone can see. We are not using the billing as yet but that is another stage for us. We wanted to get everyone used to it first. Cons No specific dislikes as yet but sometimes sent quote shows as opened and viewed by the customer when they didn't even received it.
