Pros You can find a lot of information in the web and that it makes it easy to learn the basics. Also there is a strong community that can help you find answers. Also i like that is very logical and robust, so this facilitates queries from others sources to get data from SAP Tables. Pros \- Once someone explains the basics of it to you, it's reasonably easy to use. - The documentation for this software is very good and allows you to find out how to do what you need to do quite quickly. Furthermore, if you encounter issues the customer service is very good and fast. Cons \- The user interface feels like it's stuck in the 1990s. I understand that it's more about functionality than appearance, but starting at it for a whole workday can be quite a gloomy experience. It doesn't feel like a nice 'atmosphere' to work in, and I feel some aesthetic improvements would vastly improve user experience. Review Source CH Carl H. I can do things now with HANA that I could never have dreamed of before. As I mentioned above, it is a huge investment and it is a complex installation but once everything is working, it is well worth it. Pros 1) The speed with which you can get your data back. 2) The versatility in coding which allows more users to work in it. 3) The ability to do ad-hoc queries against SAP data which was impossible before. Cons 1) This product is extremely pricey. Not for the faint of heart. 2) The setup can be quite an ordeal. Preparation is the key. 3) There is a good learning curve to getting everything working correctly. Pros there are different modules in sap erp, i use MM and SD modules. the Material management module is very user friendly , you can get reports like billed quantity, invoiced quantity, material in store, transfer goods from one store to another. Cons sap erp is a little complicated software , it takes time for you to get accustomed to the interface.also many times you do not use the full features available. Pros The best thing is its versatility. It can store information from different sources and cycles according to request without a hitch. We significantly use it to oversee the resources and general undertakings are executed really well. Cons Few a time I have experienced hung strings which delayed down the handling and a restart was required in some cases. Pros My organization recently migrated to this platform for managing big data including supplier orders and all the associated information. Its an excellent tool for running all sorts of reports to get the quality information you need. Cons Its not very easy to get trained on this and has too many tabs and sometimes thus you can get lost. It probably requires more in depth training than what i have. Review Source DS David S. January 8, 2019 4.0 Pros Our company was coming from an extremely static and out-dated ERP system so this solution was an absolute breath of fresh air! From the report builder to the Accounting modules, and the ability to have the entire system run in the cloud we couldn't go wrong. Cons Implementation was rough for us at first, so definitely allot more than enough time for users to get acclimated to the system whether there's 10 users or 100. Reporting from front to back was easy to set up and the I was able to get the right reports when needed to show the "health" of my business Pros Set-up was a breeze! It came with many pre-configured business processes that once I got used to the navigation, I was able to set-up all of my depts. in under 3 hours. Cons I already had a server in place for my 7 person equipment company. However if you don't have a server, you'r queries and objects will be SLOWWWW.
