Pros We liked it very much that IOSS programed our software exactly the way we needed it. Because our software has a lot of features other MLM-plans don't have (and we needed a web software "playing together" with an Android app, what made the task even more difficile), there was a lot of communication necessary during the developement... and that worked very good with Skype and Slack, even on the distance. I will buy again and I learnt how to define requirements next time. Pros The price vs products functionalities is good. Their communication skills are good and their organization is clearly made for professional software development needs. Especially MLM side is well built and seems to be easily enough configured for most needs. They work really hard to fix the errors and flaws found by the customer after the problem is described well enough. They are also professionals who always try to fulfill customer needs and address every issue found. Special thanks to project coordinator Mr Manulal and Team Lead Miss Anju and her team. Cons The feature / requirement specification process in the beginning is not so accurate than it could be. Our company used way too small time to define the requirements and it was a clear mistake. The customer have to use a lot of time to specify every possible scenario as in the end it might be the only way to resolve issues without paying of extra work. They are eager to sell new features with extra price and in most cases it is ok if the feature is missing from the original specification. In the end the customer is responsible to understand throughout every possible feature and scenario like professional system test engineer. Carrying out the project with them is not recommended without own technical personnel. Many things like ordering the correct server, certificates etc. could be done in early phase of the project - a lot of working days were wasted with certificate and DNS issues. Most of the problems are rooted to misunderstandings. When we agreed about payment integration they said it is no problem and they can do it. When we started the integration they said it is extra work to build it up from scratch and the price included only a ready made component installation to the ecom. The OpenCart ecom solution works ok in most cases but the extensions support is poor, the extensions are low quality or they are not available at all (for example domestic payment solutions, shipping companies support etc).
