Pros

Too easy and keeps Pet owner and caregiver accountable for communication and scheduling. I love it

Cons

Everything was simple I was hesitant with billing information but received communication quickly that put my mind at ease.

Overall, this is a great program that makes it easy to feel comfortable leaving my dog with someone.

Pros

I like that I can schedule appointments and also love the gps tracking feature so I always know where my dog is.

Cons

I would like if I were able to chat using this app. Other than that, I really don’t have any concerns.

Pros

The worries were off my hands once I tried out this software - everything is right there and infront of your eyes.

Cons

easy to contact and find a sitter, I also love the gps update (I can see my dogs location at all times) - not much I would fix

Easy scheduling, great GPS tracking, and amazing customer service.

Pros

Compared to many other GPS softwares I found Pet Check's GPS to work the best. We are based in NYC and a lot of software have issues tracking my walkers because of all the buildings.

Cons

There is no chat feature built in for clients to talk with us. Instead clients would message or text our sitters privately something we do not like.
