Très complet, mais demande un peu de temps pour s’y retrouver au début. Pros Outils puissants pour les mots-clés, les audits techniques, le suivi de position et l’analyse de la concurrence. Tout est centralisé et bien structuré. Cons Abonnement assez cher, surtout pour les petits budgets. Beaucoup d’infos à digérer, ce qui peut être déroutant pour les débutants. Les éléments interactifs sont mal nommés de tel sorte que le moindre clic peut vous couter cher (999 dollars). Aucune demande de validation d'action ou d'autorisation de prélèvement.. Les demandes de remboursement restent sans réponse. Evidement le lien service client ne fonctionne pas (il faut soustraire des \*/ de l'URL, ce qui laisse penser à des valeurs d'entreprise pas très bienveillantes. Après quelques recherches sur le web, nous ne sommes pas des cas isolés. De de fait, cela annule tout l'interret financier de SEMRUSH. Cet avis sera corrigé quand nous aurons des nouvelles du service remboursement qui reste pour le moment muet. Pros Outil complexe mais efficace si on y passe du temps. Pros I only tried because even if it’s complete, it’s kind of too much for me, and for this try I had to pay then get a refund, a refund that took more than 10 days. There were a million reports and even after unsubscribing because of the cost, I still pull up old reports for information to this day. The writing assistant was the main reason we signed up for the program and after a while, I did start to feel like I had learned all I could from that part; however, if we signed up again, it would be for the wealth of reporting and analytics we can get from the program. They are so useful. Pros So many tools and so many reports. There’s a wealth of information on Semrush, even if you have a free account. Cons The cost. It was quite expensive and for a tiny team, it was a bit cost prohibitive. Pros The Best SEO Tool i have used, It have Analytics, Keyword reaserach, and competetor analysis, Literally everything i could expect from an SEO tool. Cons The Issue with them is the Keyword search volume and keyword dept analysis where ahrefs is better than them. Pros If you're familiar with SEO it's very easy to use, as it's so popular there are a lot of helpful guides and blog posts to get the most out of the platform Cons Not too many cons, but each tool has their own strengths. Cons Historically the way API units were bought/purchased was kind of clunky and required you to reach out to a person; they've since corrected that. Cons The data lacks context and prioritization, and although there are thorough tutorials for how to address issues and execute changes, it must be done off-platform, not within the dashboard. Pros The fact that it has many useful features that its competitors do not offer (or do offer, but not quite the same with the helpfulness). These include the on-page SEO checker, log file analyzer, backlink analytics (especially the toxicity score of harmful links targeting your domain on this one is unique and helpful), backlink gap and the map rank tracker for Local SEO. Makes the life of an SEO so much easier when compared to similar tools. Cons The only downside of Semrush is its pricing. Especially if you are a freelance SEO like me. It is worth the investment but I think it may offer some discounts for one-person companies. Switched from [Ahrefs](https://www.capterra.com/p/176340/Ahrefs/) Because of the features that Semrush offers that Ahrefs don't.
