Pros

I like using Quicken instead of a check register, because it makes recording checks easier (autofill, recurring payments) and balancing the checking account faster. Would prefer to see Bills and Income separated out in the Tabs section, so it wouldn't take two clicks to find each. And when reconciling the account, it would be better to go to check register to add something without having to go back through the initial screen of entering the balance, etc.

Cons

I strongly dislike having to pay each year for use of software presumably because I get new features and updates. I don't use the new features you add. I don't use the majority of features that have existed in the product for many years. I don't rent my house, nor lease my car. I want to buy things once and use what I bought. Every time you add features the user interface becomes more cluttered and harder to find the features I do use. Frequently when you "update" the software, access to the features I use are found in different places in the interface.

We really enjoyed working with Quicken. But there were times when it felt very overwhelming for the size of our business. But you can''t be too organized when working with your own finances and Quicken comes through for us every time!

Pros

What I enjoy most about Quicken is its depth of services and resources. It's a wonderful program for small businesses to use, and there is little training needed to manage your invoices, view reports, especially for tax purposes and payment processing. It's a very comprehensive program for the value that you pay and is a great investment whether you work with an independent accountant, or reply on customer support to help guide you overt the bumps.

Cons

While it is a great program, one does have to balance its price with your day-to-day operations. That can feel prohibited for a small business just starting. That is probably the most obvious reasons for hesitation to use this program.

My overall experience with Quicken was while doing accounts payable and receivable which I found to be working very well.

Pros

I found using Quicken to be very user friendly, making it easier to do my everyday tasks. Invoicing seem to be very smooth with being able to process.

Cons

I felt Quicken was just a tad on the expensive side. I would have liked to have seen it be on the cheaper side.

We have found the QUICKEN offers us comprehensive options overall categorizing items making it easier in tax time, Belin, our checkbook and paying bills. QUICKEN has done all of the things that it says it will do and then some.

Pros

I like the integration of our bank accounts and ability to pay bills and look at payroll and other activities at very few key strokes.

Cons

I’m looking at some newer platforms that may be simpler to use it integrate with AI and may work better with some of our banking options.

If you are only looking for a software to figure net worth excel software has templates already setup for free. If looking for comprehensive finance management then this software is work you will need.

Pros

The ability of the software to connect and track individual stock prices with out having all your personal information in the cloud.

Cons

The software has went from buying the software once to having pay for an annual subscription. The software is limited on the phone app.

Good. I use it everyday and find it very useful. I use it for day to day as well as monthly bill pay and budgeting. I use it on the business and professional level.

Pros

That evening is organized,there are many options,categories and graphics showing your budget,balances etc.

Cons

Glitches. Sometimes, when there's an update, it does not automatically pull the data. I have found that happens and i dint enen know it. Updates from the bank or credit cards dont happen. This can be days weeks or months that you miss pending.On how much time has lapsed since you realized it.And then you have to put things in manually.

This is still the universal standard, new capabilities and plenty of opportunities to customize but expensive and hard to transition from

This is still the go to bill keeping and invoice tracking software for us, it has new features like send auto reminders that level it up

It’s expensive for the lowest tier service and if you ever try to transition away they make it hell to get your data

Daily updates of transactions and values gives me a good idea of my finances and give me peace of mind

Somewhat antiquated and website doesn’t work well. I still use the desktop application which works well but an online experience would be nice
