Pros

The interface is user-friendly, and features like GPS tracking and timesheet approvals help improve accuracy and accountability. it is worth of money. It is easy to and user access is convenient.

Cons

Certain advanced features may feel expensive for smaller teams or businesses. Occasionally, notifications and location tracking can also feel excessive for employees.

It is really easy to use and easy to take time off. i like that you can see how much time off you have and plan for the future.

Pros

I like that you can have options for logging your time. I personally like the manual add time so you can just put your total hours. but if you want you can physically clock in and out

Cons

i dont like that when you are on the app you can log in but the "class" option doesnt always get carried over. we have multiple clinics so we need to put in a certain location but unless you do it every time then it wont do it on its own. i wish it would auto assign to one clinic if you are in only one clinic in a company with multiple clinics

I am new to all things digital, but QuickBooks is straight forward and simple to learn. I like being able to clock in and out on my phone or submit my weekly time in a matter of minutes.

Pros

Submitting my time sheets through QuickBooks is such an easy-going experience. It is also very useful having all of my digital paystubs in one place. The layout and design are simple and easy to learn, even as someone who isn't super tech savvy. If I only have a few minutes to submit my time for the week, it's no problem, because it really is that quick!

Cons

Since my company upgraded to using QuickBooks a few months ago, I have yet to find any flaws. My only complaint is sometimes there will be a slight glitch or delay, but nothing major.

Overall it has been great. Intuit customer service/chat line has been very helpful when there have been glitches.

Pros

We really like how easy it is to integrate QB Time with QB Desktop. It is easy to to sync and transfer time clock data over to QB for payroll

Cons

There is no way to personalize PTO accruals. (ex, employees get 3 more days when they have worked 6 months, an extra 2 days at 12 months, etc... but everything resets at beginining of the year) so this has to be done manually

Overall this is a pretty basic and useful tool. I would prefer some more options to make it a bit more robust for project management purposes, but overall it does the job.

Pros

Quickbooks time is very easy to use. Simplistic time tracking tool for multiple customers and projects. Employees and clock into a project or a specific customer.

Cons

It can change without notice and sometimes the changes are not for the better. We recently experienced what seemed to be a user interface change, but we had issues with employees being unassigned projects or not be able to clock into specific jobs.

One of the things that I like the most about QuickBooks Time is the fact that it is easy to clock-in via desktop whether it is an actual desk computer or via the web browser on the phone.

Cons

QuickBooks Time has been easy to use overall and makes tracking employee hours straightforward and organized. I like how simple it is to edit, review, and manage time entries without things feeling cluttered. The system is customizable, which helps fit different workflows within a property management environment. It also keeps everything centralized so it is easy to stay on top of scheduling and time tracking in one place. The mobile app functionality is helpful for teams in the field, and GPS tracking and time stamping add an extra layer of accuracy and accountability. Integration with QuickBooks products is also a major advantage for payroll and accounting workflows.

Cons

At times, the system can feel a bit complex when setting up more advanced features or managing permissions across multiple users. The cost can also be higher compared to simpler time tracking tools, especially for smaller teams. Really like that it is easy to use and it has multiple access to accounts. But not a fan of chat feed back.

Pros

customer support is fantastic with answering all your question, the app is very easy to use. We are able to have 2 or more users with access.

Cons

Communication through chats are not a favorite of mine. it is easier for me to resolve problem speaking to someone direct. Pricing is quite high
