Pros

Helpful for keeping on track for one on ones and performance reviews

Cons

I'm not sure how necessary it is? I don't know what my company pays, but then again I'm not a manager and it may be more helpful for them. I oftentimes don't end up using it, especially for weekly check ins

Pros

keeps reviews, check-ins and feedback extremely automated..easy to use...works well with our company

Cons

a little confusing to navigate without the help of an account manager but lattice does offer you the option of having an account manager
