it's ease of use, functionality, support options such as webinars and videos. the links provided to give to staff when so they can get started is really useful as well

Cons

nothing so far but we haven't started to use it properly yet so there may be some niggles when we do

Overall experience with BrightHR has been excellent. A particular mention to \[sensitive content hidden\], who has been invaluable in setting up our payroll and troubleshooting. His kind nature and responsiveness have been unparalleled. He is an asset to BrightHR.

Pros

Excellent interface and user-friendly one-stop HR solution. We use the HR, health and safety and payroll. As a package it was the best value for money and most comprehensive.

Cons

More flexibility in rota designs, including 3-week rolling rotas. The rostering still does not talk to payroll and would be a great addition.

Cons

I thought the videos were had to see very small. I would prefer a paper step by step guide which I could print out.

Pros

We mainly receive HR advice. I like to speak with \[sensitive content hidden\], the Advice Consultant - she has been incredibly helpful in a lot of our cases. She is a trusted advisor!

Cons

I don't have many cons, other than, there always seems to be an influx of calls into HR advice creating an overflow to other areas of BrightHR.

My initial experience has been great. I had a few queries which were responded and resolved promptly. The system is fairly straight forward for non-techs like me. Looking forward to working with the team at Bright HR going forward.

Pros

We have just started our contract with Bright HR and so far the staff have been very helpful in both on-boarding and initial online chats as I set up my team.

Cons

Its early days so no great concerns, other than in terms of annual leave, the system does not allow to put in exact dates for employees on fixed term contracts.

Pros

Straight forward to engage and interact with.The interface too is easy to navigate around. I must specifically commend \[sensitive content hidden\] for the taking time to organise the payroll training sessions, providing us with information required and pointing us to the key government links. She further went and ahead and gladly accommodated us when our schedules changed last minute. Such a professional she truly is!!

Cons

Nothing really so far the system does all that it is supposed to do with no concerns. The experience with the staff was also a fantastic one!

### "Easy to use HR software!"

I use this software to book annual leave and pencil in appointments. It's easy to check who is going to be away during the working week and also to book off any time. It has a great GUI and it's made very obvious how to work the app from the very start.

Pros

It's modern, easy-to-use and great for managing annual leave. Appointments are also very easy to pencil in. Clashes are a regular occurence but it's made easy and obvious when booking anything off. You can also check birthdays, redeem vouchers and see an overview of a certain day.

Cons

Nothing! It's been a great experience so far.

At first when I say I was trying to explain something to him and he wasn't getting it. Now they're getting it and they're happy to help and to get it all going

Pros

They just help you if you're stuck and something had happened but no one realised the situation it just helped they're there to help you not to hinder you

Cons

I like they don't bug you every 5 minutes or they don't phone you up. They just send you an email instead which is much more easier because then you can pick it up at any point. But other than that they've been so good. I've had no issue with them

I needed support on how to add work patterns and ending a persons profile on the App due to an employee leaving the Organisation. \[sensitive content hidden\] was great help in navigating me through the BrighHR App.

Cons

There is not much to add here. It did take us a while as it was on the phone, perhaps consideration to virtual Teams / Zoom session should be given

Pros

Cons

Using Teams meeting but that is just my lack of familiarity with that medium. The software will be extremely useful going forward.

I had a really good experience, I found this system easy to use and instead of using a CAFM system which is extremely expenses and our business is only a small business where Brighter is absolutely brilliant

I like the user friendly applications and is easy to navigate, this would be really ideal for our business

I have not really put the system in use so cant really put down and cons at this point, I will comment on the cons ones we used it for a while.

Fairly good overall. System is engaging and fairly simple. We need to use more the functionality effectively.

Pros

Great customer service from the support team who were very friendly. Although sometimes it would have been useful if more clear guidance directly in the system itself.

Cons

Sometimes not clear how to do something and had to contact support team frequently. Not always the most intuitive for the admin users but the support team always responded quickly and clearly

Great service with helping to set up the system for our buisness. \[sensitive content hidden\] is extremely patient while taking the tutorial for using the system, even while talking to a complete novice. He's been great support when we've encountered problems and aiding fixing those for us super fast.

Pros

Love that everything we need is within one place. Great support to get us started and so far throughout when we've approached any problems. Happy that BrightSafe is easily accessible

Cons

So far we haven't found anything that isn't useful towards our business. Still new to using the system but no problems have been encountered yet

### "Needs Overtime Automation for non-managers"

Overall it serves its purpose of time tracking just fine and is great for tracking leave but would love to see some automation in the Overtime management sections as that is my main reason for use.

Pros

Very handy for trackinghours, good system of reminders for clocking in and out, handy for tracking leaves and lots of different categories for specifications.

Cons

Very steep learning curve, can be extremely difficult to find the right section/function for what you're trying to do. Split up between several apps which hinders usability considerably and tracking overtime hours/inputting regular hours is left to those in 'manager' roles with special permissions, meaning all employees have to track their own overtime manually, day by day which is unsustainable and leads to a lot of guesswork due to the admin involved.

All our HR information is now in one place and the system is easy to navigate. Very supportive service team.

Cons

You are unable to amend a working time pattern if already set up, you have to create a new one, would be easier to amend a current one.
