September 18, 2024 5.0 I've been using WebWork Tracker since 2022, and it’s been perfect for managing my remote team. It has everything I need to track tasks, monitor work, and manage timesheets efficiently. Overall, I’ve never needed any other software, and I highly recommend it to anyone with a remote team. Pros There are so many great features, but my top 5 are: 1) I can view screenshots to check if my employee is working on my project. 2) I get daily email reports of my employees' activities, which makes everything run smoothly. 3) The "Apps and Websites" feature is a huge help to verify that employees aren’t watching movies during work hours. 4) Assigning projects and tasks is simple, and it makes tracking progress easy, even when I have multiple team members working on the same project. 5) I really appreciate the option to edit timesheets. If an employee forgets to start the tracker and lets me know, I can add their working hours so they get paid. Cons One of my employees has mentioned that if he is working on two different trackers, such as my project and another person's, it can be hard to switch between them. He needs to log out and log back in each time. However, as an employer, I haven’t personally faced any issues with the software. From my side it's 10/10. So far I haven't encountered technical issues with it yet. I'm excited to see more improvements in the future! Pros I like that the platform gives detailed reports in different formats. Also keeps the other members from viewing or scrolling through your work screenshots unless given access. Cons Probably as a first timer, I was quite overwhelmed with too many options or features on the sidebar.
