Very satisfied. Their support response is outstanding in terms of quality, timeliness and completeness. The person who gave me the initial on line demo of their app’s capabilities understood their system and had a decent grasp of our requirements and limitations (Other possible providers seemed to deliver a more canned demo catering to a “model” client) The ability to automatically manage wait lists fits our needs to a T.(Some programs fill in a day or two when registration opens in December- camp week is mid-July). There was a bit of a learning curve - in part aligning terminology to our usage - but not a big deal. The ability to modify terms as they appear in forms and reports is a plus.

Pros

Value for $. We are a single annual event non-profit music camp run by a volunteer board. We have experienced significant growth post-Covid and Uplifter’s pricing structure and database setup fits our needs and capabilities very well

Cons

Limitations on customizing reports. Although the report suite is comprehensive and does provide some predetermined filtering that can be saved, I periodically need to download multiple report datasets and combine in a standalone DBMS to get the reports I really need. I do appreciate that there is an absolute need by Uplifter to ensure the integrity of their reporting suite as it is too easy to inadvertently create misleading reports if one does not have a solid grounding in database structures. I’ve seen far too much of this in my career.

We were very satisfied with Uplifter up until this past year. Key priority issues were felt handled poorly on urgent concerns affecting payments. Issues become a reflection of our business if the experience is not positive one for our clients.

Pros

Registration programming was user friendly and customer communication via emails was great for sending out information.

Cons

Lack of priority for fixing key issues involving payments through installment plans, updating credit cards and previous issues with waiver forms.

### "Reduce administrative burden, expanding capabilites"

I really have no complaints about our experience with Uplifter. It has excellent capabilites and intuitive function, with excellent support. We are going into our second year and the transfer between seasons was easy, allowing us more time to explore other capabilities the system offers. The different modules and permission settings have been very helpful in allowing different board members to take ownership of their tasks and reduce administrative burden.

Pros

Uplifter has many useful features. You can start with very functional basics and expand into using enhanced features as you get comfortable with the system. Uplifter reduces administrative burden, making it easy to onboard new staff. Support is very responsive, and the online FAQ is comprehensive.

Cons

The value is good, but the price can still be a considerable expense for a small club with 150 members. More options in lower tiers?

### "Uplifter is Amazing"

We are a not-for-profit sports organization and we love all things Uplifter. The program has everything we need to organize and support our club and make our programs run smoothly. We have over 1400 members a year and over 6000 members in the database and our experience is excellent. We have been with Uplifter since 2015 and we recommend them to everyone. The price of the program is competitive and a great value. The customer service is second to none. We are extremely please.

Pros

The customer service is excellent. Uplifter is always improving their platform and adding new features to simplify the experience.

Cons

The formatting of the web page can be difficult to line up columns at times. It may look straight and then when I save it the information shifts.

Reason for choosing Uplifter

It seemed to be geared more towards our sport and it seems to offer more versatility for what were were able to do with the platform.

5 stars tells you all! Beside the discount set up that I feel complicated, I love all the rest of the platform.

Pros

1\. The customer service is excellent and quick. 2. They allow us to use multiple vendors and venues. 3. The platform is really versatile. 4. To my point of view it is quite easy to use. 5. It is a Canadian Company!

Cons

Basicaly not too much. I love the customer service but do not like that it is only by email... Also I do not like how discount works. I feel it complicated!

### "Great Product at a Great Price"

Great! The sofware is very robust and a great value at an affordable price. The customization options allow ua to easily brand our club and market our offering easily. Our families love having one spot to get all the information they need on what is offered, simple registering, and paying all in one location

Pros

I love the flexibility and high quality of the product. Our website has never looked better or more professional. I love the ease of creating programs, our families are able to register with little to no training and we can collect payments for almost everything we do easily and in one spot.

Cons

The reporting is very flexible, but it's also hard to learn, and I often have to create more than one report to gather all the information our board requests. I wish it was more user-friendly and all options were available on all report types so I could get the info I need in one report. I would prefer a report included in each program so you can easily download all the information collected for the program you are working with rather than having to go to the reports to create a report to gather what is needed.

### "An overall perfect solution for sports clubs"

Generally, uplifter has been an amazing experience for us. I found that when the company was smaller, things were easier to get done. When I put in support tickets now it takes a lot longer than it did 3 years ago.

Pros

I like how easy to use the general back side of the website is. Most admin functions are easy to figure out.

Cons

POS & discounts are quite a bit more complicated than they need to be. therefore our online store takes a long time to get up and running.

My overall experience has been great with Uplifter. One of the best aspects is their HELP section. The response time for questions is amazing. In addition, they will follow up on any difficulties/questions/suggestions that you might have.

Pros

It's one of the most comprehensive sport management system I have ever worked with. The ability to perform class management tasks along with financial record keeping allows so much versatility.

Cons

There's very little NOT to like about Uplifter. I would like to see the addition of SMS communication capabilities.

Ease of setup including a customizable website and automatic payment taking with proration make this a great option for sport organizations of any type. Some key things need focus like the accounting concern I mentioned above however this is overall a good product.

Pros

Ease of reporting memberships to our National Sport Organization Skate Canada via the link for member reconciliation and automatic submission.

Cons

No simple way to integrate import into Quickbooks, depending on your accounting method this could mean dual entry.

Being a volunteer for our local skating club and the one tasked with setting up online registration, I'd say it was a decent experience. Had it not been for the email support I think it would have been much more difficult.

Pros

The support staff. Any time I have an issue or need to figure something out on the back end, the response time is phenomenal and always helpful.

Cons

I find there is a lot on the back end - too many layers of things to get through for some settings and things to set up for the registration process.

### "Great addition to our club!"

Overall it has been a benefit to our club. It has allowed us to have an online registration which has made those who wish to register happy. People do not want to come to in-person registrations anymore. It also links to a he Skate Canada website itself and registers everyone on there as well which saves a lot of time!

Pros

I like that it is synced up to the Skate Canada website so we don’t have to double enter registrations.

Cons

Some of it is quite confusing for the technologically challenged, so I guess I wish it was more straightforward.

overall good. I preferred when I was able to do a live chat. Waiting for email returns can be a pain.

Pros

Overall a decent program. Our board and coaches sometimes comment that they hate it and find it confussing... maybe just because they havent take the time to really look through it..

Cons

For the volunteer option we would like to be able to link it to specific programs. As some of our programs do not require volunteering. So we have to create a special NO VOLUNTEER option for ppl to choose as it will force them to choose something. Then the people registering get all flustered and worry about what it is they need to volunteer for. I would also prefer to see the policies pop up in the create a program page. Allowing me to simply click the policy to apply it, rather then having to search for the programs under the policy page. Sometimes its hard to remember all the programs and their names, and I always feel like im forgetting one.. Its just way harder to search it all for each policy. Id rather see a check of button for the policy.

Overall, Uplifter has been a great experience! It was extremely overwhelming at first, but the support and customer service easily guides you through the initial set. That same customer service is available as you get comfortable with Uplifter and want to experience more of the amazing features available.

Pros

I love the prompt replies when I send an email request for help. The explanations are clear and they always follow up to ensure we have accomplished our club's needs.

Cons

The upgrades that change things from one season to another. It's great to be up to date but its a slight learning curve as we set up a new season.

Overall uplifter has been an excellent solution for our club and we really could not operate without it

Pros

Uplifter makes it easy to manage our skating teams and set and collect fees allowing us the option of installments for pur families with no additonal fees.

Cons

Some of the search capabilities could be better and giving us the option to adjust multiple invoices at once (for example when we want to change fee amounts or timing) would be helpful.

i find the program user friendly once you spend a bit of time navigating the site. THe transition to ayden from Wordline was seamless

Cons

Some reports can be overly complicated, but its nice to be able to remove items that aren't necessary.

Very good starting with marvelous \[sensitive content hidden\] and every other person.

Pros

Everything and everyone was ready to immediately help me. I am 84 and technology is difficult For me to navigate at times. So helpful and friendly and wanted To make certain I understood everything.

Cons

I don’t teach for 10 months of the year AR ALL EVER and I have no student At and I still have To pay $29.00 for Those 10 months.
