It cuts down on the number of emails or phone calls I get with the "little things" that need to be addressed. Pros I use the flock to keep in touch and get quick information with the work team, a very efficient tool that really helped the team. Pros What I like best is that I get to have Flock on my desktop and basically chat with my colleagues and that I can upload documents for others to view. Pros Flock is a super easy chat platform. It can organize the threads per user with a targeted reply or to the whole group. It is very mobile friendly as well so your messaging can be viewed anywhere. It is easier to use than texting since it is web-based and not dependent on cell signal. Pros I like that it is an easy way to communicate within the office for quick reminders, or letting someone know if you'll be out of office. Flock allows for better cross-communication between committees and has more necessary features to stay on top of things. Pros The organization and break-up of different groups within one overall team is very useful for communication. This allows for the limit of spam in one big group chat and helps with pass down of information. June 27, 2018 4.0 Easier communication Pros Ease of use and communicate with others. I am able to create channel/groups to communicate to specific teams. It also allows integration with bots to set reminders. These are useful features. Cons It updates the conversations slow when using on my phone. The @all function is a bit irritating. There are still a few bugs here, a few features there that need to be sorted out, but it's stable enough for daily use. Plus it integrates with trello etc. which is great. Pros I really liked its feature of integrating with other platforms like Google docs, Trello which makes it easy to work together using different platforms. Cons I am happy with Flock.
