I have been using it for many many years and I have nothing bad to say about it. It works great for our small business.

Pros

Data Analysis,Monitoring, Security. Easy to install and maintain. Good overall features for the price.

Cons

I am still sticking to the classic version of Lucky Orange since the new one has a lot of other features I don't need at the moment.

Lucky Orange is a great tool! It's probably the most user friendly and visually appealing that I've tried so far.

Pros

Lucky Orange was extremely easy to setup. It was also very user friendly so I was able to get started, look at the analytics and watch online visitor sessions almost immediately.

Cons

I can't say that I've come up against any cons quite yet but one thing to note pricing is structured based on how many monthly sessions you'd like captured per month. At the rate that our own website is going, we'll definitely hit the 10,000 monthly sessions that was recommended, which means we'll have to be cognizant of the monthly subscription fees.

### "Its ok, but not Great"

It's been ok. I thought the product would do more to be honest. The support is good, when it wasn't working properly the team kept working at it until they had it sorted. We are in month 2 and still undecided if we will keep it.

Pros

I like how you can see page specific information and see exactly when customers are using your site and what fot.

Cons

Can't get specific customer data without A LOT of work on our side. This is the one area I think Lucky Orange is lacking. I can see the data on the screen but can't export it with all the needed data. We have to do a lot of manipulation at our end.

You can enable custom user data through additional configuration on your end, ensuring that you have complete control over what information, if any, is passed to Lucky Orange. Our team has been working with you on adding this custom code and have confirmed it is working properly at this time. Our platform does not have the ability to identify anonymous website visitors. You would need to use another 3rd party service that allows you to identify unknown website traffic. We have also passed along the feedback related to exporting that customer information to our product development team for future consideration. Overall it's solid software with good features to help you optimise your website. It's been frustrating at times with recording not playing properly but it has helped us improve user experiences and our conversion rates have increased.

Pros

I've used LO on and off for 10+ years. I really like the UIX updates they have made more recently. Everything is easy to find and filter and it has been useful to optimise our website, resulting

Cons

The data can be slow to load sometimes which is understandable and we have a lot of traffic on our site. But the biggest issue is watching recordings - if I scrub through videos they often pause and can't be played again, or start just showing the site footer and not the users actual interaction with the website which can be frustrating.

I like it. I went from a free service to now a paid. I want to utilize what it offers, or I may go back to Microsoft Clarity. We are a very small boutique brand and every dollar matters.

Pros

My team and I like the daily reports. The segmentations in the heat map. Identifying the location on the visitor. My mentor SABIR loves Lucky Orange, so I think it deserves more stars, I just don't know if I am getting the value for my brand.

Cons

I have been wanting to schedule my free call, but I live outside of the US and there is no times that work with my team as we are in the Singapore time zone. Therefore I signed up for one of the trainings, which was very early for me, and it didn't seem like a live call. It could have just been emailed to me and my team. I am not getting the most out of Lucky Orange. The customer service is just OK.

pretty nice. I haven't used the paid version long term because I'm cheap. I would like to have more control over what displays in my dashboard, since I am not using parts of the product, and I just have to bypass it to find the nested info I want to find.

Pros

The pretty UI. Then, dynamic heat maps.

Cons

I dont like the difficulty in finding things. The IA or taxonomy are things I need to memorize, rather than intuit.

Great. Set up is very easy and intuitive as is the interface. I think that even the free plan will help a lot of people get a sense of how their sites are working. I've only had it for a few weeks and I already know I need to make some changes based on Lucky Orange's feedback.

Pros

Lucky Orange lets me see where visitors have been and what interests them most. I'm reworking my user-flow so this tool is super helpful in determining what users gravitate towards.

Cons

I run a small one-person consultancy and the 5000 sessions (smallest tier) is still way more than I imagine will ever visit my site. A lower tier paid plan would be appreciated. Like maybe $10/mth for 1500 sessions?

Love it. We use it everyday to better our business. On numerous occasions, we were able to spot where customers may have had a rough experiece or something we noticed that may have lead to less time on the site.

Pros

We are able to catch any customer experiences that may hinder our business, simply by watching their experience on our site. Tremendous help!

Cons

Don't really have anything negative to say at this point. Maybe if there were a way to contact customers who visited the site.

We use Lucky Orange regularly to look at a users experience on our website and to make changes to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates. As a marketer not using a tool like Lucky Orange is providing a disservice to your marketing.

Pros

The interface to get heatmaps, scroll data, click data, form completions etc. is the best on the market from the products that I have tried which include Crazy Egg and Hotjar. With Lucky Orange you don't have to pre-setup the URL's you want to track. You can simply look at any URL on your domain and look at the data for a rolling period of time. You do have to set up some elements but overall not having to worry about setting up specific URL's is a awesome feature of the product.

Cons

Although the feature of not having to select the URL's you want to track like competitors there are some negatives to this feature. Lucky Orange price plans have rolling days and total domain page view limits. This makes it difficult to go back and look at specific windows based on your price plan because data is rolling. If you run out of page views you need to increase your plan moving forward or not have all data present to make a decision from. Other products make it easier to look at historical data for a period but you have to be diligent on what you want to track. There are pros and cons to both scenarios.

Simplicity and cost. I would actually choose Hotjar as my number one option if budget wasn't a factor. It has the most enhanced feature set from my experience. Lucky Orange serves what we need at this stage for our company.

Pros

What I like the absolute most about Lucky Orange is the sheer ease of use and user-friendliness of the interface. I have a good time using the site and I'm almost never at loss. Also, I've always appreciated the quick and truly friendly customer support. You guys are the best I swear <3

Cons

Literally nothing comes to mind. Normally I would say that 19$/m is a bit out of my budget as a very small shopify store owner who's still in the negative, but in this case I have to say it is well worth that money and even more. There are worse apps that charge twice as much and has the worst customer support you can imagine.

Lucky Orange works so well and integrates with our website, that I don’t have any cons. Perhaps an App for Apple and Android to show metrics and/or for the Chat feature would be a great add on.

We have been using Lucky Orange since the end of Q2 (paid) (we had used the free version prior). We use Lucky Orange heatmaps and playbacks to understand where some issues / broken links etc we had on our site to help us get up and running. We have also used it to better understand what the most loved features on the site are, and where we can improve otherwise.

Pros

Intuitive user interface, SO many features, great support and easy to to onboard / get started

Cons

I wish that we could stay live on the Lucky Orange site chat without having the window open. Or getting slack notification when someone chats!

Overall this has been such a great tool to track user frustrations we aren't able to locate in app. I personally am loving their new discovery tool to be able to do this. We also set up additional event tracking for new features and can now filter view to see users who have utlized these new features and if they are using them to improve their productivity or if they aren't able to complete certain actions.

Pros

I picked up using Lucky Orange after another team member set it up. In resuming setting this up it was pretty easy after reviewing the interface and a few YouTube videos on how the platform worked to resume some settings and implement a new survey. I do wish knew more about locating the help center and finding those like initial articles. The cards within the overview page show tutorials that are super helpful to guide you as a user and are ultimately what helped me move forward in reviewing user sessions and setting up events.

Cons

I didn't realize I had an issue with the content security policy section and that this was causing a portion of user data to not be captured. In hopping into an onboarding call with \[sensitive content hidden\] she quickly noticed the issue and made notes to follow up with sending me the details on how we can correct this. As someone on the product team between the teams who implement and work with this I wouldn't be able to notice this wasn't set up correctly. It would be nice to have like a connection check or checklist in app to ensure we are up to date and connected on certain things.

Pros

I mainly use customers' purchase behavior and heat maps, which allows to improve and make the website more shopper friendly.

Cons

I wish there were tutorials how to analyze all data you get from LO, so you dont need to hire anybody to analiz the data.

Pros

I like being able see the decision making process users were using when navigating the site.

Cons

I had to watch tutorials and sit in on a webinar to understand how to use it. Would have likes a Starter Tutorial for Dummies. I am a novice and the service was recommended by our developer.
