My overall experience with Cornerstone was good. I used it many moons ago at a previous company in Aerospace.

Pros

Cornerstone was a good product to use. I felt it was high level and represented high caliber companies well.

I did not have any issues I can think of with Cornerstone. Overall it was a good system to use and easy to use.

In general, it is a comprehensive tool with its pros and cons. But all HR tools share these characteristics. So, within the world of HR ERPs, I believe it is one of the best tools available and one with the greatest potential for the future.

Pros

What I like the most is the continuous improvement and constant updating in parallel with society and new developments. They don’t fall behind, and they keep us, the customers, informed about these changes. It’s a tool that becomes more comprehensive every day.

Cons

What I like the least is that in some cases it is not very flexible, and developments require technical projects with their associated cost. It’s also true that they release many new features, but all of them come with a high price that some customers cannot afford

Ability to add our training to the system and track completion, lots of options to select from in their library.

Cons

Difficult to set up reviews, observation checklists, etc. There were way too many steps and it was frustrating.

I was an administrator, uploading eLearning courses and creating curricula, as well as assigning and managing courses, as well as creating custom reports.

Pros

It is great for course management and reporting as it provides a lot of options for fine-tuning now you want the course to display and with what options. It also provides excellent customer support.

Cons

The interface is a little dated; some of it has been updated, but then when you get into the deeper levels of settings, it reverts back to an older interface. Also, the content creation tools are limited.

Provides a platform for structured learning, with clear objectives, timely automated reminders, follow ups, and easy to view metrics of progress across a team. Interface a little outdated but otherwise easy to use.

Pros

It does a good job of storing all our companies' training courses and keeping track and sending out training reminders to ensure we are compliant with OHS.

Cons

The software can be somewhat clunky to use and not save progress properly at times or close training modules prior to saving, requiring me to find ways to "hack' progress so I can complete the course without rewatching everything.

Using Cornerstone LMS for training and creating interactive materials is incredibly convenient and effective. The benefit of this onboarding process is enabled by the ability to upload videos, add quizzes, and watch new hires progress. Employees are more engaged and are becoming comfortable learning new digital marketing tactics.

Pros

The customizable learning paths and the interactive content tools make Cornerstone LMS a standout platform. The learning path is perfect for new users onboarding, as it allows users to create individual training programs based on different roles or skill levels. By incorporating these features, users are kept involved through every step of the training journey and thereby receive a genuine, personalized learning experience.

Cons

Cornerstone LMS needs to improve one area: their reporting dashboard, which gets complex for beginners. Also, features of the mobile app don't match up to what's on the desktop platform, so if users are predominantly using mobile for training, they often have to disrupt their learning.
