We use this on a daily basis in 7 locations to schedule our patients, schedule our drivers' routes, and track the foot traffic into our stores.

Cons

Only able to have 8 calendars. We have been able to make it work but we would have liked 10-12 caledars available to view on one screen.

Pros

I like that works with Zoom. It is easy for clients to sign up for classes. It's also easy to set up classes and delete classes.

Cons

I can't think of anything right now. I don't like that I have to pay in US$ as a Canadian business.

As always promised the world and under delivered hard. Migration process was super bumpy and a lot went wrong. Promised to keep pricing stable and increased by 20% after one year to be increased further. Constant excuses for mistakes and glitches. Lots of glitches.

Pros

It was inexpensive but they constantly make useless updates, their app is soooooo bad

Cons

No app for teachers! Custom app lacks basic functionsIncrease rates and prices without notifying you. So you have to check; it gets justified with new features which are just bug fixes really. NO support on weekends! Team is very slow to respond to issues

Overall my experience with has been smooth and positive. I felt supported when converting over from my previous booking engine and still continue to feel support when needed.

Pros

is very user friendly as far as set up and the support that I received was very helpful. We are a smaller fitness center and the price for TeamUp was actually less than a previous booking engine that I used that was not as user friendly

Cons

The only downside to that I've experienced is that there is not a +1 option for my clients. I did have that as an option with the previous booking engine, but it still isn't a deal breaker for me.

Fab! I find straightforward and easy to use, but most of all it is simple for my clients, and if they are happy, I am happy.

The sales side was quite pushy/persistent! Ive also just tried to use the store and this isnt the most simple to set up, so will probably not use that option

Phenomenal in short. My biggest career regret was moving to Momence. We came back to after a traumatic experience ;-) Never ever moving again.

Pros

Brilliant easy to navigate even for not tech savvy clients. Intuitive layout. Incredible functionality. The thing everyone takes for granted is NO GLITCHES. With 2 other softwares we used customer support on weekly basis. We have NEVER used support as we simply never needed it in the whole 5 years. Constant updates to functionality with the same clear pricing structure :-) I

Cons

Back in the day it was inability to brand seperate sides of the business. I still wish we could add graphics to every event.

Mindbody was a shocking mess. 5 teams working on different parts of the software not communicating. It just didn't work well on top of ridiculous price increases. Momence- it's a castle build in the sky with no foundations ;-) Loads of promises and looks beautiful but it's fragile and the database breach left us vulnerable and not supported. Not to mention constant accidental overcharging.

Great experience, everything is simple and easy to use yet so effective and exactly what we needed as a business. I would use it again every time.

Pros

It is the main system we use to run our centre. We have a small membership base of around 125 members. It makes it really simple to understand and to use. For the price we pay it works brilliantly and you only pay more if you start to have more paying members. The support from the team up staff is great and always reply almost instantly and solved every single problem I have had so far. We use Gocardless to take payments and this links perfectly with that so our payments are straightforward and linked easily to our memberships.

Cons

I dont have any major complaints at all regarding the use of Team Up as I have never encountered an issue at all.

I love it. User experience is very easy for our members from a browser, iOS or android. My team use it effortlessly from their phones when making changes to classes on the go. Managing membership, and making individual changes to membership is very easy and brilliant.

My overall experience with has been very positive. I appreciate the security features that make both staff and patrons feel confident using the system. Pros

I really liked how easy was to use and how organized it kept everything. Scheduling and managing availability was simple, and the reminders helped reduce confusion. It saved time and made communication with the team much smoother.

Cons

Overall worked really well, but some of our older patrons struggled with using it at times. They occasionally found it confusing to navigate or had trouble getting set up, which meant we needed to provide a little extra support.

I’m using to schedule my group mat classes and my private sessions, meaning payment is made prior to the lesson and my terms and conditions are clear when the client signs up. It saves lots of paperwork when the client completes all health & enrolment forms when signing up too!

Pros

I was worried about moving from another platform to initially, but I shouldn’t have worried. It’s a very user-friendly system and my clients swapped over with ease! On the rare occasion I’ve struggled with the system, TeamUp are on hand to help quickly, and their FAQ pages are fantastic. Their support & advice through lockdown & returning to the new ‘normal’ was invaluable. I recommend this to every studio owner who wants to reduce their stress & admin time!

Cons

Initially their Zoom integration felt ‘clunky’, but after feeding back to there were some changes made to make it seamless!

The system is the best and I can't see myself switching to another booking app. The support is quick to respond and always very helpful. There are also new features being added all the time, which is great.

Pros

The easy to use app is not just straight forward to use for myself but also for my clients. My technophob clients tell me how easy it is to operate the app. I save hours of time with the automated messaging service. My clients appreciate the reminder for their sessions and also a thank you for the birthday message that I am able to send.

Cons

Some extra features would be great. Sending an online christmas card or season greetings messages. I would love a message to go out to members who are running low on sessions, with a reminder to book.

### "Saves Time, Money and Stress!"

Incredibly good - the support is amazing with progressive development, working in tandem with their clients. It looks good and when you know which features you want to use, it is straight forward.

Pros

Using removes the emotion and stress of having to chase clients for payment, not to mention the time required to do so. It means my relationship with the client is maintained, less time on admin, less financial accounting (I only account 3 x per year now instead of every month) I can spend more time do what I love - teaching and growing my business. Also, last-minute cancellations are paid for without any questions! I can keep all client notes for the classes in one place, so any other teachers covering can easily track any issues they need to contend with in class. Being able to take registers in class saves time and costs. TeamUp are continuously developing and working with their client's needs, I'm always impressed by this. The customer service is 2nd to none.

Cons

It's not so easy for clients to sign their selves up if there are multiple classes and memberships to choose from, but this may be the generation of clients I deal with! Plus the pro-rata amount that automatically bills if they do set their selves up doesn't fit into my payment model. So, I still tend to this. fits into 80% of my business model amazingly well and has made me change the way I work for the better. The 20% that doesn't fit in has to be worked on manually still. It would be ideal if the reporting would show 121 clients that they are being billed for classes that fell on xxx date so they can account for it. The Direct debit model fits in perfectly for business running continuously, I run for 12-14 week blocks, across 35-38 weeks of the year, which means clients who leave have to be balanced with a small amount outstanding either way. I'd love to use the class swap feature but it's not configurable for my 12-14 week blocks. When booking themselves into summer 'flexy classes', it would be ideal if they can add multiple classes to a 'basket' and then pay at the end. None of these points are about 'not liking the software' But points that would make it even better for my business.

I really love that they have a small company feel to them that I hope always remains. Voting with my feet for something that didn’t feel like a rip off big management company who would ultimately stab their studios in the back (naming no names here!) was really important to our small family run business and the way the customer service was ON it was mind blowing. Really personal service and hope it stays that way

I enjoy having a real time look at what is happening NOW with my students as well as what has happened historically

Cons

I don’t like the ‘custom’ section for time periods - sometimes I quickly like to scroll back 18 months to see what was happening and it only automatically sends you back to only 12 months.I was unhappy with the ‘at a glance’ graphs/pie charts of cash flow etc but now that’s been amended with enhanced features

Team Up has given me back a lot of time each week simply because it works so well and I am no longer having to wrangle and figure out what is going wrong and try to rectify mistakes that occur with other apps. My members love it and I love it. Support is far superior to any other app I have used and everyone is friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they understand what you need and can easily guide you on the rare occasion you might get a little stuck with something.

Pros

The fact that it does what it says it does, and does it properly and easily without glitches and things going wrong. The fact it can deal with memberships properly and actually ensure usage by members is as it should be, something that other apps (the other 4 I have used) do not do.

Cons

It would be nice if you could email members directly from the system to get in touch with updates etc.

Brilliant, I have always found the help desk to be on point, and clear in explaining a solution.

Pros

Love the integration of the many different elements of the customer journey (class booking, membership payments etc) , which are traceable by studio location, and class type. The ability to easily drill down vertically by category, and to make quick and easy changes. Genuinely couldnt run my business without it.

Cons

That customers can create multiple accounts (their identity on the system is not unique) and thereby reappear numerous times to use Introduction offers or deals, or referral credits. And that the only way to check is manually! Probably the biggest weakness.

Exceptional. Reliable system that has never let us down. Constant development and improvements supported by a great customer service team.

Pros

Initially the softwares ease of use is one of its main benefits, not inly for us as a company but for the client also. This is supported by the use of a mobile app which most of our clients use to make class bookings. Secondly though, is that the software is always improving and the team not only offer fantastic customer services and support with issues but welcome ideas too.

Cons

For us it would be the ability to message people through the app with class updates etc. You can get email lists quickly but email is becoming dated and we instead rely on whats app - if there was a way to improve this through the app it would be very useful.

Really positive - has streamlined class management for sure.

Pros

Honestly the best thing about is the amazing customer support. Any time myself or a member has had an issues, somebody has been on the end of the phone to get it sorted. I also find it very user friendly and like that new features get rolled out.

Cons

With class packs, if a member goes in and books all their sessions up front (e.g. they buy a 10-class pack and register for 10 classes), they have no way of knowing when they have used those sessions up i.e. there is no prompt. Obvioulsy they can (and should) go in and check their profile, but most people don't. And in my experience some people are quite bad at remembering to check these things and then just rock up to classes, sometimes without a valid membership. It would be great if, on the date of the last usage, they get sent a reminder that their pack has now been used up. I know that there are automated emails if somebody's unused credits are about to expire, but nothing for if their membership has actually run out.

### "Great software with room for improvement in important features"

It is a good software , great actually, if only the feedback from the clients using it daily would be taken into account when deciding which features to improve.Sometimes you get the feeling its a developer definning funtionalities instead of commertial mind in contact with the actual needs.What they do develop works well

Pros

payments management work great, perfect integration with zoom for online lessons, employee roles and access management, no issues with inscriptionswaiting list

Cons

managing recurrent memberships slots is a serious problem we are forced to work with exel too due to these limitations of the system.The admin should not be limited by the same conditions as the clients when modifying reservations. the admin should be able to leave notes for staff on the lesson slotscustomer service could be faster and the spanish customer service is gone.
