Two‑way, conversational messaging — It’s not just one‑way blasts: you can have real conversations over text, support customers, respond to inquiries, and keep the history in a shared inbox — which is great for engagement and support

Cons

For us, operating at scale or across regions, Sinch offers weak compliance, unsecure routing, — which matters if you’re sending sensitive or critical communications, wish it was better

It has been a great experience and highly recommend to other companies that are considering this product. I would choose this product over the other messaging service we had if I were new to this tool.

Pros

It is a very easy tool to communicate important information to our employees. The customer support is exceptional. When sending messages, I appreciate that I can view the message and send out a test before sending to review, never had that before. I like the features and that it allows us to create templates and insert our company logo or other images. It is also easy to manage and create new contacts.

Cons

There is really nothing that I can think of. No bad experience and no issues implementing this either.

Overall, it's adequate - it has the basics and when it works, it works well. Support is responsive (overnight), but can take a few days to actually get things resolved.

Pros

Clean interface, simple and it works. The customer support responds overnight and eventually gets the job done.

Cons

One of the sub-accounts wasn't showing delivery status until we opened a support ticket, and asked for it to be escalated. It took a few days to get resolved. Not as many API/interface options as competitors.

Love it - makes my day-to-day management so much easier and very organised and consistent. It is especially helpful when phone calls are just not possible especially with eh use of google translate embedded into the message system

Pros

Is easy to use - quite intuitive Helps me contact many people at once streamlines my communication on busy days I can be organised and schedule future messages

Cons

I often think I have return messages when I don't' because the red notification dot stays on most of the day after receiving one reply. Also occasionally if I click into another tab when I'm halfway through a message the message I'm working on gets deleted - perhaps there coudl be a text box "are you sure you want to delete this message/leave this page" - before its actually deleted

Overall we have been extremely happy using Since MessageMedia. It has saved us a considerable amount of time and repetitive work to send out text messages. We have set up ongoing message campaigns that has helped us generate more repeat clients. It is very user friendly and we are very happy with the service.

Pros

It's so easy to use to reach out to our clients as part of our marketing strategy. Very clear desktop layout and helps us cut office admin time significantly by reaching multiple clients in targeted campaigns.

Cons

There is nothing we think needs to be improved with the platform. Sometimes we have to log out with error messages saying "failed to load" but this is likely due to internet access not issues with the platform itself.

Initially can be challenging for non-technical people to learn the different options and ways in which to use the platform and get a Roi, in saying that there are a lot of 'how to' articles that are helpful.

Excellent. A handy tool and quick way to SMS. It has become a key tool in communicating with clients, especially the sometimes hard to engage younger people.

Pros

The function to schedule appointment reminders. Especially helpful when only working part-time in the role.

Cons

That I need to remember to leave the window open to check for messages. I’m not alerted to them like a mobile phone.

We use Sinch Message Media every day and it is an invaluable service for our charity. My concern is that as it has become a bigger company the customer support has become more remote and less personal.

Pros

Ease of use - it is a user friendly service and over the years we have been using Message Media it has developed and has been responsive to our needs

Cons

The Chatbot isn't that helpful and just sends a list of FAQs which is frustrating and impersonal especially as none of the FAQs were relevant to my request

I like Message Media and use it every day to send text messages to my clients. It's simple to use and is an effective way to communicate with clients. I just wish the log in issue improves as I try to close and re-open the application, but it doesn't work sometimes. However, it usually works the next day or the end of the day.

Pros

It's really convenient and easy to use when it comes to text messaging. Clients receive messages within a minute.

Cons

Log in issue - Sometimes it kicks me out and I couldn't log back in. I have to wait until the next day.

I just wanted to thank Grant, Justin, Francisco and Jeremy for all of their help. They all had a solution to everyone of my questions I was throwing at them. The end result has made a huge impact on our company on how we interact with our current clients and new potential customers. Overall experience was and continues to be Awesome!!!

Pros

The bulk texting solved a big need we had to notify our customers when things were due. The Sinch hub made it so simple to just copy and paste the number type your msg and send. The results were immediate! We also love the Zoho integration!

Cons

How long it took to text enable our existing 800 number the carrier took forever! Sometimes the dashboard will not load the recent inbound msg and you always have to click the try again button to get them to load.

Great product that allows us to keep in contact with our customers in the easiest and most convenient way possible. I would definitely recommend this product.

Pros

The ability that you do not have to have a double opt in to contact a customer is great. Also the ability to opt customers out in the backend as an administrator is great as well. This way none of your employees can text customers that have asked not to be texted.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to send pictures through the text messages. Also the reporting could be a little better. I would like to be able to build reports within the system and base it off of user first and last name not their user ID

Pros

Easy to use, easy to create and share templates, easy to create user accounts, detailed reporting, easy to configure user setting except time zone.

Cons

When I keep a session open for a while and come back to do something it gives me error. Another issue we're having is messages are being sent from random numbers but ideally it'd be great to send it from the same area code to avoid any confusion on receiver's end. Currently, I'm working with MM Support to apply the solution that has been suggested. It's so confusing to set time zone based on city or state.

Pros

I love how residents can respond to the text messaging. I love that if we have an urgent matter such as shutting down the water to a building we can instantly let them know of the situation. We used to have to call everyone during the event. We can send rent reminders our, lease renewal reminders. It is a very valuable tool for us! Customer service is very awesome!

Cons

Message Media is so efficient that there is nothing to complain about! If anything maybe there could be a little more added to how many characters you can type in.

It has been very easy to use and setup staff with access to Message Media. It allows our staff to send messages out easily to staff and clients through Text message which is a convenient way to communicate quickly with client especially as they can advise any changes that need to be made on short notice.

Pros

Super easy to use and fast to setup. Solid bulk SMS tool with a good selection of automation features. Clean UI design.

Cons

While Message Media is generally reliable, I found the reporting and analytics features to be a bit limited compared to other platforms. Customizing reports or gaining deeper insights into campaign performance required extra effort. Also, the pricing can escalate quickly for higher-volume messaging, and integrations with certain CRMs weren’t as seamless as expected.

Pros

Had an issue with some texts not being received by some of our international users. Put in a help ticket and got the matter resolved within 5 mins. Very fast responses and friendly.

Cons

There has been nothing negative that I have encountered so far with Sinch MessageMedia. They have been extremely helpful.
